Well worth the money. Does a fantastic job cleaning up spills and messes. Also great for weekly whole house floor washing.

Works well overall, sometimes will leave water marks. A lot faster than mopping or swiffer.

I love this mop for the most part. It's convenient and super easy to use! I use it every day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because 1) I still have to mop once in a while since this mop is only for everyday light cleaning and 2) I forgot to change the water container twice and it was hard to get rid of the smell. So if you count the cleaning of the container immediately, it didn't save me as much time as I thought. Overall this is a great product I Just don't think it was worth the $400 I paid for it.

I live with my boyfriends grandparents and I help clean around the house. Normally it would take me about an hour and a half to clean the whole house by first sweeping then mopping then mopping again.  they were there she was inside the house, and the dogs are in around. The house is very very dusty and furry.  they’re always foot prints on the floor because the grandpa walks around with his shoes from outside. This vacuum/mop has saved me so much time and it’s so easy to clean.  I only have to change the water once or twice depending on how dirty the house is. But compared to what I used to do before this is such a timesaver and so easy to maintain the mop. It talks, it self cleans that’s pretty cool and yeah, the battery goes down pretty fast, but it also charges pretty fast. And the light feature is pretty cool to where it turns red where it’s really really dirty and it’s still equals back to blue as you clean. It reminds me of the red devil vacuums that used to tell you if the floor was still dirty and then tell you when it was clean. Overall, I think this purchase was very worth it 

I previously owned the floor one s3; it started malfunctioning within a few months. I purchased the s3 on amazon, worst thing I could've done. I had to deal with "Tineco" directly for warranty and it was the worst customer service I have dealt with. When this new machine came out I was excited in purchasing, but this time I purchased at Best Buy, they have the best extended warranty service. Getting into the Tineco, I LOVE it! It has bigger tanks. Less dumping out the dirty water tank and refilling the clean water tank in the middle of mopping. I have 6 dogs (don't judge me) and I have to use it everyday on my Luxury Vinyl Planks and it picks up soooooo much hair and leaves the floors very clean. The best part is that my cleaning time has been cut in half. I don't have to sweep then mop, this does it all it once. I feel it is a little overpriced, but for me it is worth it.

Easy to use. Mops very well, lightweight. Put together in less than 5 minutes.

This 3 in 1 mop has been a tremendous help to me and worth my money. I enjoy not having to bend over in mop bucket to wring out a mop or empty a heavy mop bucket. I have a large area not including bathrooms to mop and it gets the job done and quickly. It is also great for picking up anything on the floor that the broom and dustpan leaves behind. Quick spills on my kitchen floor gone in a flash and leaving no sticky residue behind.

Worth it! Vacuums and mops at same time. Easy to fill and empty, then keep going. Game changer. I hated mopping before but also hated dirty floors. This works. And it feels sturdy - all the parts click into place neatly. I may never use my dyson in wood floors again. This does it all at once. I don’t even feel guilty about the cost. The manual is lacking but lots of videos on TikTok and it was easy once I saw someone else use it.

I am so glad I bought this vacuum/mop. I use it after every meal because with kids there are always crumbs and food on the floor, love that it sweeps and mops all at once. Makes it super easy and fast. Cleaning out the tank is easy, too. Definitely a must if you have mostly all wood floors like we do.

I own a cleaning company and let me just say this vacuum is absolutely amazing! The washer fluid smells amazing! I recently did a new construction home and it got all the saw dust up and left the floors sparkly and clean!

We have dogs and grandchildren and this is the perfect floor cleaner. We use it to clean the entire house once a week and it’s great for spills. Highly recommend

Hands down this have been the best vacuum i have ever bought cause if you know me I’m constantly buying vacuum cause they just don’t clean! But this one does! But sadly to say I have a problem with it now. I’ve had this vacuum for 2 months now and now it don’t want to charge on the charging base! I’ve contact with customer service and they have been so wonder but they can’t ship me another charging base cause there inventory is short..... so it’s like now what I do! Wonder if someone else is having this problem!

I LOVE this thing!! It makes cleaning my floor so quick and easy!! Once I use it, the floors dry very quickly and feel squeaky clean!!! I have already recommended this to several other people who also purchased one and they all love it too! If you are on the fence, just buy it!

Easy to move around and operate. It is a smart vacumn and mop at the same time. Knows how much water to use. Only downside is I have to change the water 3 times to finish my 2600 sq ft.

I am so happy with this purchase! After cleaning my tile and hard wood floors the old school way of sweeping and mopping for so long and never feeling like they are completely clean I knew I needed something better. This product has cleaned my floors better than anything else with just the first use. The vacuum and mop work simultaneously cutting my cleaning time down by half or more! The clean up is simple and seamless.

Overall it's very good and worth the purchase. Docking one star due to tanks being a little small, which requires frequent emptying and replenishing. It does a great job of cleaning, much better than a traditional mop or microfiber. Any heavily soiled areas I go around and soak with simple green prior to running this machine. I also do a quick sweep with a broom as it's much easier than trying to empty all the dry debris from the dirty water container.

Vacuum & mop at the same time. Self propelled, does a good job. However, don't expect it to clean as well as using your elbow grease with an old fashion mop. Puts down a thin layer of water, that dries quickly, so should be safe for all floors. It comes with extra parts, and cleaning solution. You don't need to use their solution, I just add a little dish soap and warm/hot water. With averaged sized room battery will last, but may run out of water.

Kinda annoying, honestly. Lasts about an hour but while mopping you have to take your time and if’s not as quick as vacuuming. It vacuums well and mops… rather well, but the container the water goes in is extremely small, and the dirty water container is slightly bigger? But still small. Just to do my basement I have to fill it up twice so like why couldn’t they make it bigger? Also, the “automatic self clean” requires interaction with the device while on the base? So the name “automatic self clean” does imply it cleans it automatically, which it does, but it requires interaction. Lol. Rated on of the best mops and vacuum 2in1’s on the YouTube reviews where they do head to head on many different units, but I hate this. I’d rather have a corded unit with a bigger water canister. I’m going towards a steamer and vacuum that’s corded next. I can clean up spills by hand with paper towels better and faster than this thing can clean spills up. You want a clean floor to use the cleaning application of this device, which defeats the purpose. And there’s no way to turn off the mop side of things.
