I purchased this to try to save time with my cleaning as most of my home is covered in wood or laminate floors. Much to my delight, this machine did a good job of sucking up dust and debris as well as leaving my floors a lot cleaner than a conventional vacuum as it would mop while I vacuumed. Fast forward 3 months and maybe like 10 uses and this thing suddenly starts to say that the dirty water tank is full and needs cleaning even when it's been cleaned. I went through all the troubleshooting, cleaning, etc and nothing helped to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service and they said that since it was under warranty that they would repair but I would need to ship it to their facility. After digging up a large enough box and going through the trouble to ensure the vacuum was bubble wrapped and secure so it wouldn't be damaged in transit, I waited for the repaired unit to be returned to me. Well, they did return it to me, relatively quickly considering it was during the holidays but the problem was that it came back in the exact same state in which I had sent it to them, broken. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to try to get a new vacuum because it seems evident to me that a vacuum that breaks within 3 months of purchase and still doesn't work after being "repaired" is probably a lemon. So far, the only resolution I've gotten from them is to continue to send back this machine for repair, accept a different refurbished unit, or take a partial refund in which they'd deduct some amount to account for my use. Don't buy this vacuum unless you really enjoy packing and unpacking items in boxes.

Love love love this machine! Just last week one of the kids dropped a plate and sauce spattered everywhere. Everyone else was stressing about it but I quickly got up with a smile on my face and in two seconds the mess was cleaned up. It's so easy to use and will talk to you if the water needs to be changed or more cleaning water needs to be added.

This devicr does a fantastic job cleaning my tile floors. Its great because cleaning one small section isnt a chore of bringing out a a kip and bucket and loading it up. I juat pull this thing out and do a quick cleaning and im done. My only complaint is how small the water revisor is.

Was on the fence because of the price. But this thing is amazing. I've had no issues with streaking. Just be careful with you get close to stained baseboards. It did take stain off, but I was trying to get out dog drool and held the spinning brush there longer than I normally would.

Very good machine, cleans very well and notifies you when the battery and water is low.

This is my second Tineco product; the first was a smart vacuum with Tineco’s iLoop technology. After using it daily, and experiencing how efficient it is, I knew I had to have their vacuum/mop combo. And the included accessories are just something other, more expensive, branda do not include. With the efficiency of iLoop technology, this vacuum/mop combo will give you all the time you need to complete several rooms on one charge; you’ll likely be emptying the dirty water container more than worrying about state of charge and if you can complete the job. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT BRAND, A MUST HAVE!

I use this with my vacuum robot and my floors stay spotless! It’s so nice to have something that vacuums and mops at the same time. It’s very user friendly and easy to break down and clean

I love this machine. It's easy to use and does a great job on both tile and hardwood floors. It's easy to maneuver and the machine "talks" to you through the whole process. It senses where the dirt is and cleans accordingly.

I bought this as a gift for my eife and ahe absolutely loved it. It cleans really well and it is super easy to use. It is easy to get it set up and all. You cannot go wrong with this. It is worth buying.

Fantastic cleaning! With three dogs and a lot of dog hair, I vacuum nearly every day and use the the FloorOne S3 in-between. The FloorOne S3 gets up the sand dragged in from the dog run on dog paws that every day vacuuming can't get up and it leaves floors fresh and shiny. Easy to use, easy to clean tanks and roller. I purchased one for my daughter and she loves it, too.

I like the product overall. Cleans nicely, it could have longer battery use. Containers for clean and dirty water could be bigger so you don't have to fill them up or clean all the time.

Okay - I freaking love my Tennico! Easy to setup, easy to access the dirty water bin for cleaning & the clean water for filling. And…it cleans itself!! Better than anything else I’ve tried to keep my floors clean.

I have just used it manually, did not bother with trying to use the app. Voice prompts make it easy. It cleans very well, does not put too much water onto my wood floors and dries fairly quickly. The dirty water attests to how dirty the floor was prior to using. Clean up of the dirt water tank and inside parts and roller is very easy.

This thing is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny!!! It cleans very well and the self cleaning function is super helpful for my busy household. It also comes with a scrub brush to clean the inside parts that you can’t reach so that’s very useful and the base also charges it Willis is very nice. I feel bougie using this thing lol! It also has an auto function which detects how much cleaning solution to dispense to clean the floors. Overall very nice machine. Would definitely recommend for busy families or anyone really.

I love this wetvac! I switched from the Bissell cross-wave max, and the Tineco sucks more off the floor, doesnt leave too much excess water, is lighter and easier to push. Plus its also easier to clean. Overall im extremely happy with it!

This is a great floor cleaner, I am happy I decided to finally buy it. I normally buy bissell and I went back and forth but went with this one, happy I did. I took a star away because it is pricey and it would be nice if it had a function to steam. Overall great buy you would not be disappointed.

It earns 5 stars by delivering on its promises. If you really want clean floors your hands will have to get dirty at SOME point. Personally I don't mind swabbing decks old-school and still do for places like underneath the bed that this wont fold back enough to reach. That said, the only manual cleaning needed here is sliding off the roller cover to wipe off pet hair that clings to the inside of it. The self cleaning mode keeps the roller and water channel clean. Handling the dirty water tank is easy but yes you'll actually have to use your hands to do the unthinkable, clean something. Worth the money if you have a lot of hard flooring especially if you buy it on sale. Keeps my apartment floors cat litter, fur, smell, mess free without dragging out a mop and bucket and pouring gallons of water down the toilet.

This floor cleaner is absolutely amazing- so easy to use, hardly have to push it. Floors dry with out streaks and clean up is very easy. The self cleaning is also a great feature….

Floors have never been cleaner. Battery lasts long time.
