We can never get our floors really clean, no matter what we used, and I have bought everything! I love that it it picks up small debris and sucks up the dirty mop water. I haven't used it to clean up large debris though.

Best pill cleaning purchase I have ever made

Sweeps and mops the floor in one step. The battery could last a little longer but this device is worth every penny. I’ve used this device on all floor types (ceramic, wood & vinyl) and they look great everytime. This device self cleans & vocalizes different statuses or actions needed by the operator (low battery, empty dirty water tank, run self-cleaning mode, etc) which is an excellet feature. I have recommended this device to friends and I would buy it again.

Overpriced, good at first.

It mopped the floor, picked up crumbs; it was great! Then... After a month or two of use, the realization that the self clean function doesn't really self clean that well. Your gonna have to take the whole thing apart, run water through the tubes, scrub every bit of the dirty water tank and wet filter, and use some sort of detergent to clean the brush roller thoroughly. The mop is for light duty messes only! - no stuck on things, nothing sticky, nothing oily, just liquid and crumbs. The dirt indicator doesn't really indicate dirt- your eyes are better at seeing it than the sensor. Oh, and when it comes to crumbs, your better off vacuuming your floor first then using the tineco to mop. The crumbs collect behind the brush roller on the mop and make your mopping efforts less effective- forget about collecting anything bigger than a cheerio; it'll just clog the inch diameter suction tube. Also, very dirty messes, day old liquid that you thought you'd be able to clean right away and then couldn't; cause children, etc.. your gonna need a scrubby or cloth on your hands and knees. It can do it... But, you'd have to use about half the clean water tank and 5 minutes going over the same spot over and over and over. Either that or your your gonna have to put some other cleaner on your floor before you get to it and let it sit on the mess for a few minutes. At that point it's not worth the five minutes of waiting and you could've just gotten it clean with a rag faster. Overall - would i buy this again? Not for the +$300 that i paid. I've had it for more than a year and i would still buy a tineco product but maybe a better one than this. If it were under $200, it's definitely worth the hassle but otherwise stick with your dedicated vacuum and separate mop.
