Love it! easy to use and cleans really good! No complains here!

I love this vacuum/mop. It basically glides on its own so I’m barely pushing it when I mop which is soooo much easier on my back. I deducted 1 star because you do have to dump the dirty water and refill the clean water a few times when I’m mopping. I wish it had a larger capacity tank for clean and dirty water. It is easy to clean though which I appreciate!

This machine is awesome, my wife and I kept telling eachother we did not need this but after we purchased it we were so glad we did, I hughky recommend this model.

Not worth the money!!! I bought this floor cleaner in the hopes that it would help me keep my floors clean, but it's more work than it is worth! Every time I try to use it, it lasts for about half the time I need it to, the dirty water tank is full message comes on way too much, and it barely lasts long enough to clean my 1000 sqft living room. I had a Hoover Floormate before this and it was WAY better with how long it stayed charged, and how long it lasted before I had to empty out the dirty water tank and refill it. On top of that, Tineco floor cleaner solutions are not available in most retail stores, so you have to order them on line, which is another big inconvenience. I've had this cleaner for almost a year and am so dissatisfied. I wish I never bought it. I wish I had gone with a Hoover instead. The only reason I purchased this was because of all the hype on social media. While it does do a great job with cleaning the floors, it only stays charged half of the time I need it to, and I am constantly having to stop to empty the dirty tank or refill the water tank. I end up so frustrated with trying to clean just a small area of floor, that I end up just resorting to using my mop. My next purchase will be a Hoover and this will be going in the trash where it belongs. Waste of money, and waste of my time.

I was skeptical, saw it on social media and had been eying this for a while. I read lots of reviews, watched YouTube videos then one day i said screw it and bought it because i couldn’t stand how dirty our floors looked. The self cleaning is awesome, it just works. So far very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

Nice floor cleaner and easy to use. Only complaint is that that the clean water tank is a little small.

“Tineco has been an excellent vacuum — I have a pet, and it’s perfect for picking up pet hair. After several months of regular use, it started leaking slightly, but once I replaced the part with an original Tineco replacement, it worked like new again. I definitely recommend sticking with their brand parts for the best performance!”

I hated cleaning my hard wood floors since it was a process using a mop/swifter wet jet and vacuuming. But this solved those problems and I save so much time cleaning. The smart technology is amazing in knowing when the floor is dirtier and knowing when it needs to be charged, emptied, or refilled. This was also super easy to assemble and the whole product/charging station is small making it easy to store. Overall, this product makes cleaning hardwood floors SO much easier!!!

Our previous device (Bissell crosswave) finally gave up after a few years of cleaning behind two small kids and a dog. The wife uses a similar Tineco device at work which led to us purchasing this device. Its been 2 weeks and this thing is awesome. Cleans the floors and even tells you when it needs to be cleaned. Highly recommend.

I am obsessed. I was initially planning to purchase the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro, but I'm so glad I chose the Tineco. It's so easy to use, and it works GREAT.

I’m satisfied with the wet and dry vacuum Tineco made, it’s definitely must have unit for working moms. It’s easy to use, with good suction and easily assembly. I forgot about dirty floors and mopping,it will surely make your life easier

Wow I've been a bissel customer and before I got this vacuum I bought the new bissell crosswave x7 and returned it the same day I got it left streaks all over my porcelain tiles. I was surprised. So I purchased this one and was very impressed. So easy to maintain since it's self cleaning. I do however still clean the parts after each use. No bad odors like bissell crosswave. It talks and tells u what needs filling and so on. So makes it easy for whoever is doing cleaning your home. I hope it last !!!

Not only does this guy making cleaning my house easier it also makes it more fun to clean which motivated me even more. It’s great from small spills to gross cat pukes and the self cleaning cycle makes maintenance a breeze

I was getting sick and tired of sweeping and mopping everyday due to having elderly dogs and a puppy. The priduct works as intended. Saves water, time and cleans with no streaks! Plus my puppy isnt scared of it and doesnt attack it lol highly recommended!

Game changer, So glad I pulled the trigger on buying this thing. Works perfect with no streaks. Solution is a little pricey. But other than that, I have no complaints.

I like, but dont love. I clean my floors every weekend and I dislike having to stop and dump out the tank so often. It does a decent job of cleaning, but i wish it had a bigger tank. My home is 1747 sq feet and 80% tile. It may work well for smaller homes, but doesnt meet my home's needs.
