This is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I love how easy it is to add cleaning solution and dump the dirty water. It even talks to you to tell you when it’s time to do these tasks and others. When you’re finished, it easy to clean the solution tank and the dirty water tank, the system cleans the brush roller without you having to touch the brush. Then you put the cleaner back together and it checks to make sure everything is ok before it starts recharging.

Best cordless vac/mop combo

Being a mom of 4 boys, our home sees a lot of messes and spills. This product is simple and light enough for my 6 year old to use. The floor is dry almost immediately after using. If it had steam it would be perfect.

With 3 kids and 2 dogs I love I can do a quick mop and vacuum daily. This is my second Tineco and both have had problems with charging. My current one charges, but batter last 2 minutes even though it says it’s at 100%. Also, if the dirty water tank sensors get wet it says the tank is full and won’t work. Will not be buying another one.

Based on your description, it seems that you've experienced charging issues with both of your Tineco units, and your current device's battery only lasts two minutes despite indicating a full charge. Additionally, the dirty water tank sensors appear to malfunction when wet, causing the device to stop working. We understand how frustrating these issues can be.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
