Amazing!! Works so well! Picks up EVERYTHING! and it mops Good too.

Vacuum and wash floors at the same time. Love this machine. Works great and quickly, plus the added bonus of being cordless! My house is not too big, so no problem with battery life for me.

I absolutely love my Tineco S5 Extreme. I have tried multiple vacuum mop combinations to get my hardwood floors clean, but all left a weird film on my floors. Not the Tineco, this amazing machine leaves my floors super clean and shiney!

I really like this vacuum! It does a great job cleaning the paw prints off of my floors. My only complaint is that it doesn’t do a great job when going against the grain of my floors, which I have to do sometimes in order to reach spots. Otherwise, it is a great vacuum and it does a great job of cleaning itself as well with the “auto clean” feature.

Loved it at first. At least a year of using it, if you leave the smallest amount of water in the dirty tank it smells. It has to be dried out by hand or left open to air dry. So not kid friendly cause they don't clean it well after each use. All using it as of today until i find a better unit.

I love my new vacuum cleaner. I have vinyl floor, and it is absolutely spotless now, even though i have 2 big dogs

This thing is amazing. It makes cleaning fun! Picks up what my toddler throws on the floor plus gets the cat fur and dust. It's not going to clean up that spaghetti sauce that has been drying on the floor for a month, but if you make a point to do a good deep cleaning by hand, you can use this to maintain a spotless floor. I wish I had purchased when it first came out.

I loved this tineco model. However- It just stopped working on me. It stopped self cleaning and would flood itself after only owning it for 2 weeks.

I wasn’t sure if this was a good thing to purchase but it is definitely one of the best investments I made. Does a great job with really no work at all, the Tineco S5 does it all.

Bought 3 for each of my adult children! Great for homes with pets & small kids!! I wish I had this when my kids were little!

Omg this is a godsend. Reading the instructions it seemed a little complicated but once you fill it up, it pretty much guides you and tells you when to clean the tanks, or fill it up. It self cleans the rollers which is amazing. It comes with extra filters and rollers for you to swap out. This is so amazing I very highly recommend this.

Didnt realize how dirty our floors were till this went over them. The amount of mud water this pulled from our floors was amazing and gross. Absolutely love it so far. Easy for everyone to use. Adults and teens use to clean. 2 year old tries to help, she thinks its fun

This little vacuum does wonders, and the self cleaning mode saves a lot of time for cleaning this.

Overall, we have really enjoyed this product. We have hardwood floors throughout and it makes cleaning up a breeze. My only issue is that only after a month of use it stopped recognizing the device on the base and therefore would not hold a charge or complete a self cleaning cycle. We are exchanging it for a new one, so fingers crossed that this one lasts a bit longer!

Great product , very easy to clean floors. Rollers come off easily and I can through them into the wash and it’s ready to be used again .

I LOVE this machine, and in fact, I have bought different models as they come out of this for my office, my house and my RV, not to mention for family members. Clean your floors the way you normally do, then use this machine with their solution. It is pretty amazing. However, they all have a problem with the charging base in common. This one's battery just discharges before your very eyes. Another had a sensor problem causing the dirty water tank to show full. Another just stopped. But, if you email Tineco, they will send you a shipping label, but you gotta box it up. You drop it off at UPS, and literally within days, you get it back. This one is being sent after the warranty expired by two months, so we will see how that is handled, but it will be the second time in 14 months it was sent. Suffice to say, when it works, it works well and that's why I'm giving it a 4 out of 5.

Fantastic mop/vacuum combo that has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to anyone with hard floors it saves time and functions well on both the vacuum and mop capabilities. 5/5 all day.
