Great mop/vaccum but had a hard time getting it setup on the app.

This floor cleaner does the job but if you have grooved floors, it doesn't do a very good job of getting in the grooves. I like that it's self cleaning but the battery does take quite a while to charge.

Super convenient and nice when needing to do a quick clean up!

I have 2 dogs who love to dig and play in the dirt. I would vacuum and mop the floor multiple times a day. This product has saved my a ton of time and headache. Its amazing and cleans everything!!! This is a must get if you have hardwood floors and animals!

my old floor cleaner broke so i decided to go with a wet/dry vacuum this time, after hours of looking at ALL the different vacuums i stumbled upon this, the ratings almost seem too good to be true, skeptical i still purchased this and was blown away with how much dirt this took off of my 'clean' floor its a night and day difference

Best cleaning item I've ever purchased! I have 2 toddlers and this makes cleaning messes so easy. Definitely need to pass over hard to clean messes very slowly but it always does the trick!

Better than expected, made alot of different between now and before 6 months time of purchasing.

My wife said that all of her friends were talking about how easy this made cleaning the floors. I surprised her with one and she has me multiple times. I have not tried it just yet but she said its 5 stars

Love the SMART feature for cleaning heavier spots. Machine is light and maneuverable. Good bye two step of sweep then wet jet. Self cleaning feature is impressive Nice time saver with deeper cleaning. Floors feel great under bare feet.

Super easy to put together and use, AND works really well. Cleans up hard floors with fast dry time. Polishes it up nice too. I am very happy with it

I really debated on this purchase and after numerous YouTube video comparisons I decided to purchase. The Self cleaning function is my favorite part. My house is 1900 sq ft I can do 3/4 before it needs some charge. I’d buy again in a heartbeat.

I was living in a fools paradise of clean floors. We have tile throughout our home as well as multiple pets and the tile is vacuumed, swept, and mopped regularly. We thought we had clean floors until we used the Tineco. The water was so dirty and it picked up so much. It left our floors great looking and feeling. I highly recommend getting one.

Perfect for our tile floors! With two dogs, and living in the country, our floors tend to get really dirty. I love that I do not have to haul around a bucket and mop. The downside is that I have to scrub caked on spots; however, it’s not a magic tool. I’d have to do the same thing with a mop anyway.

Awesome vacuum and mop! Just wanted to upgrade to the next series that mops to the edge.

I bought this for my daughter who has watched this steam mop on the internet for over a year. She loves it and says it does a great job! I may now have to consider getting one myself.

Excellent product! Three vacuum modes cover most situations. Good suction. Self-cleaning mode is a plus. The only limitation is that the dirty tank fills up too quickly when doing bigger suction-only jobs requiring frequent stops to empty the tank.

I waited to do my review because I was immediately unimpressed but I figured I needed time to get used to the mop and it’s features. The device always wants a self clean cycle requiring a full water tank (fine) plus cleaning fluid. The frequency of the self clean makes no sense financially/efficiently if you’re using cleaning fluid to clean and to clean the machine. The water tank is small so you can easily go through 3 tanks to clean a house and then another tank to clean the machine, all requiring fluid. Next, the dirty water tank is ultra ultra sensitive requiring it be dumped every 1/3” of water collected. I am working harder with this mop than I am with an old fashioned bucket style. I have two different type steam mops (one static one spinning) and wanted this one to try and add the “smart” dual features which included a vacuum. Don’t waste your money. Buy a simple steam mop - you’ll sweat less, walk back and forth to the sink less, and save $$. As far as it’s cleaning ability: there is no pressure in this, it very very very lightly rolls over the floor. If you have pets you know you need some scrub and this is not for you. Maneuvering: it works well, fast, but this is not enough to make it actually effective. I googled whether or not I can use some other - easier to find or cheaper cleaning fluid for it and I couldn’t find anything. Such a disappointment- I thought I’d save sweat and time.
