I was living in a fools paradise of clean floors. We have tile throughout our home as well as multiple pets and the tile is vacuumed, swept, and mopped regularly. We thought we had clean floors until we used the Tineco. The water was so dirty and it picked up so much. It left our floors great looking and feeling. I highly recommend getting one.

I waited to do my review because I was immediately unimpressed but I figured I needed time to get used to the mop and it’s features. The device always wants a self clean cycle requiring a full water tank (fine) plus cleaning fluid. The frequency of the self clean makes no sense financially/efficiently if you’re using cleaning fluid to clean and to clean the machine. The water tank is small so you can easily go through 3 tanks to clean a house and then another tank to clean the machine, all requiring fluid. Next, the dirty water tank is ultra ultra sensitive requiring it be dumped every 1/3” of water collected. I am working harder with this mop than I am with an old fashioned bucket style. I have two different type steam mops (one static one spinning) and wanted this one to try and add the “smart” dual features which included a vacuum. Don’t waste your money. Buy a simple steam mop - you’ll sweat less, walk back and forth to the sink less, and save $$. As far as it’s cleaning ability: there is no pressure in this, it very very very lightly rolls over the floor. If you have pets you know you need some scrub and this is not for you. Maneuvering: it works well, fast, but this is not enough to make it actually effective. I googled whether or not I can use some other - easier to find or cheaper cleaning fluid for it and I couldn’t find anything. Such a disappointment- I thought I’d save sweat and time.

Perfect for our tile floors! With two dogs, and living in the country, our floors tend to get really dirty. I love that I do not have to haul around a bucket and mop. The downside is that I have to scrub caked on spots; however, it’s not a magic tool. I’d have to do the same thing with a mop anyway.

Excellent product! Three vacuum modes cover most situations. Good suction. Self-cleaning mode is a plus. The only limitation is that the dirty tank fills up too quickly when doing bigger suction-only jobs requiring frequent stops to empty the tank.

Excellent for apt that not use shoes inside , with auto mode clean 2 bedroom apt, using 50 % charge only

This is the best buy i done in the long time it saves me so much work and time. I love it and i recomend everyone to buy one.

Very light and wheels are powered. My back no longer hurts as it did while mopping in the traditional method. I was surprised how much "dirt" was in the water when I finished.

Product is great. Customer service is not. The disconnect between the phone and in person customer service is unbelievable. The lack of full 5 year warranty coverage on ALL items purchase at best buy under the very expensive annual membership makes it useless.

Great product for cleaning up the floor on a regular basis as well as any spills no matter how messy. I would recommend this item to anyone but especially to those with pets and children!

I wanted a wet floor vac, and Tineco reviews are really good all over the place. I didn’t want to spend too much, but wanted better than an introductory model. This one was on sale when I bought it (or I don’t think I would have paid full price) and I’m happy I did. It effortlessly vacuums and mop the floor saving me a lot of time. The one huge feature I love about this vacuum is that it can run in dry mode only if you wanna do quick pick ups without a mop.

We had 4 different type of vacuum but this one it’s just amazing it makes my wife happy so I got a peace of mind :)

Love this mop vaccume. Its a time saver when cleaning. The wireless option is the way to go.
