Regretful purchase

Both the cleaning water and dirty water canisters deveoped a horrible smell after a few uses that doesnt go away. Then leaves the smell on the floors. Stopped suctioning up the water after having about a year. Regret this purchase and do NOT recommend. Save your money!!

Based on your description, it seems that you’ve experienced an unpleasant odor from the cleaning water and dirty water canisters, and that the suction power has decreased after a year of use.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

Great choice

I want to have some nice vacuum to clean my costumers house after day of work ( painting ) so this one vacuum and mop at same time. Have really nice suction.

Amazing wet/dry vac

It was between the s3 extreme or the s5 extreme but I eventually decided to get the s3 because with a $200 gc and combined with points, (plus it was on sale for $269 when i ordered) it was a better option to buy at $20 vs the $95 that i would have paid for the s5. The only downside about the vacuum is that it doesnt have the Edge cleaning feature that the s5 does.

Junk-won't charge

Didn't use much, maybe once every couple weeks in a small area...never enough to run battery low. Worked great. UNTIL April 2023, 6 months after I purchased. I used in a larger area, and ran until battery died. Put it in charging station, couldn't get it to charge. Called Tineco support, and was going to send it back for warranty repair but I didn't have the box and was trying to figure out how to package it. It randomly charged, so I decided that it must've been a fluke. Again, used in small areas and did not run the battery low until September 2023. Used until battery died one day, and haven't been able to get it to charge since. Cleaned all parts of connectors with alcohol, and can't figure out the issue. It will say it's charging for about 20 seconds, then stop. I've been trying everything for over a month now and can't get it to charge past 3%. Ridiculous amount of money to spend for junk. While trying to troubleshoot, have seen many other complaints about this issue. Very frustrated and disappointed. Not worth the money or hassle.
