I tried the Tineco S3 which was good, so I thought the S5 would be better. It is. Bigger tanks, edge roller, way more powerful auto cleaner and self propelled to name a few. BUT I keep getting the “Dirty water tank full” error even when it’s not. Therefore it won’t clean until you fix the error. I’ve tried everything to “clean” the tank error, looked online, followed directions even from a TikTok made about this on their own account! It happens so much, that I had to return the product. Ugh. I’ll be looking for another brand

Great purchase

I have read the bad reviews and their claims to me are not a priority. “The voice is too loud.” To me it isn’t bad. “The filters have to take 24 hrs before next use.” It comes with two of each filter, I just rotate them out. The only thing I wish I could fix was the gaps that are between the wall and device. It won’t mop about an inch and a half next to the wall.
