The water and suds gets out of the tray and on the floor. Also wish it had a feature to just vac or suck up water. Mostly pleased with it because it does do a good job and doesnt leave the floor to wet. Dries quickly.

It really gets the floors clean with minimal effort and extreme ease. The vacuum suction is superior. I have 2 robotic vacuums that I thought were doing a great job. Boy did I see a HUGE difference when using this. I highly recommend this product.

Iloop does not work

The second one was the same. I'm currently working with Tineco - have shipped off the unit under the warrenty. Hopefully will receive a new machine where the iloop works - still waiting for Tineco to ship it. In terms of cleaning function, it works well, though I wish the brush was able to go into the grout better. I'll revisit this review once I get the third machine. The iloop sensor was a major reason I chose this model.
