    Cheaply made. It only lasted me 6 months and is already falling apart. This was my second time purchasing a tone o floor washer because I wanted to it to work as expected.

    Amazing mop/vacuum. Easy to carry and isn’t very loud. You will not regret this if you are living with toddlers.

    After 3 months of using this it just started randomly telling me to clean it. Even when it was completely clean. Then a few days later it started making loud motor sounds. There is no way possible it was because of something I did. I take amazing care of this vacuum & make sure its always perfect when I am finished with it.

    Dirty water tank full

    Bought this a couple months ago and i spend more time trying to convince the thing that the dirty water tank is not full than actually cleaning the floors. It's incredibly frustrating and i would send it back if i had been smart and kept the box.

    I absolutely love the concept but I hate this thing. It will constantly tell me the dirty water tank is full, when it’s nowhere close. A plastic piece on the bottom broke off when I pulled it off the charger one day and now I have to balance it just right so it will take a charge. Overall I would not buy, stick to a steam mop.

    I have 3 large indoor dogs and this has saved me so much time. Not only does it clean muddy paw prints, but it vacuums the mud clumps and hair too!! Idk how I've lived without it for so long. Oh and the self-clean feature is so nice too!!

    I’ve only had this thing for 7 months. I don’t use it all the time. But it seems like after month 2 it’s always saying “empty tank” or “ insert dirty water tank” I’ve cleaned the sensors and the entire vacuum and it still says the same thing. For the price I wish thing worked better than what it does. I’m so disappointed in this purchase. Definitely not as advertised
