Instructions easy to follow. Set up was simple. Takes uo less space than previous printer. Like ease of adding ink.

The product is incredible; the ink doesn't run out quickly. I've been using it for over 6 months and I print more than 100 pages a day. The quality and speed are impressive. I recommend it 100%.

I really like this printer. Crispy output and super easy to set up. I haven't tried printing photos yet so I am hopeful that it will do well. All of the functions work flawlessly and connects easily to my phone/app

I purchased this all-in-one a few weeks ago to replace 12-year old HP 8600 plus which had been quite robust and dependable. This Smart Tank 7602 will definitely save on ink since cartridges for my old printer topped $130 for all four standard cartridges, while all four ink bottles for the 7602 is $67. The printer itself is small and very flimsy. When opening it to install the ink, the hinge for the cover seems easily breakable so I had to gingerly raise it to its locking position, Likewise lowering it to disengage the locking position seemed fragile as well. Aside from that, the most glaring problem is installing the drivers which took quite a while, and the website had so many popups (repeatedly asking if I wanted to install Windows 11, other advertisements for HP stuff, and a survey request) which detracted from the installation. I had to reinitiate installation twice in order to complete installation. The HP Smart application would not work correctly with our computers (an HP desktop and HP laptop running Windows 10), and I wound up installing the universal scan software and driver so the scanner would work properly. I opted not to subscribe to the HP Instant Ink program since I don't need my printer to be monitored by HP. Overall, scanning and printing documents, and printing photos happens slowly (at least slower than our old printer), but the quality seems ok. Printing photos is one feature I needed that wasn't offered on the HP 9100 series printer I would have purchased since it offered double sided scanning from the ADF, a desirable function not available on the 7602. Even with the aforementioned issues, I would recommend this all-in-one.

I am loving the HP Smart Tank printer! I love the bottles to fill the tank, #1! No fuss, no mess!! I love that the tank indicators are on the front of the machine and not on the side like my other eco tank was. It was super easy to set up and get working, did take a little to get used to how it works, but overall its a great machine and it prints great. I haven't had any problems with 2 sided printing and it prints envelopes much better than my last printer! Hard to find any negatives.... I gave 4 stars for ease of use only because it's taken me some time to get used to how it works... it's my fault, not the machines!

After about 2 months this printer operates well. It does require some complex setups for scanning...some of which I still haven't figured out. However the basic setup is easy and quality is good.

great printer like the refillable ink vs cartridges. Been working great just has an occasional hiccup that requires it to be un plugged and plugged back in after a power brown out.

First of all, I absolutely loved my previous HP printer for many years. My new HP - Smart Tank 7602 Wireless AI-Enabled, etc. with 3 Years of Ink Included - Dark Surf Blue is amazing!

Have only had it one day & so far I really like it. My favorite thing about it is how quiet it is when performing it's many tasks. Second would be how easy it is to use with HP's printer app. Only 2 things that are minor: 1- top feeder sometimes doesn't grab document 2- Have to rescan items items randomly because scanner oversized or did not autodetect item.

This is a nice printer for home use. It's smaller than our previous HP 8600 series printer, but it does print anything from the desk top fast. Wireless printing is a little slow, but it does print well (be sure to check your resolution before sending pictures to be printed wirelessly). We have print quit a few documents since purchasing, and it hasn't put a dent in the ink. It's still new and we can't identify anything we dislike. I would recommend this printer for home, or a college student.

Have used for several weeks and so far runs well. Easy set up with compatible devices and Internet. Seems to be well constructed.

Purchased the HP 7602 Smart Tank printer a few weeks ago. Everything has worked as hoped for. I highly recommend the printer, set up was quick and easy.

Great printer. Setup was easy and print quality is good.

Works great but would not stay connected wirelessly and HP didn't have an answer. When the printer went to sleep after being on standby it would lose the wireless connection. I connected it usb and runs perfect it is fast and quiet. The prints look amazing! Four stars because of connection issues.

Super easy to set up. Prints look fantastic. Photos are very crisp and clear. I waited too long to update my very old ink jet for a larger tank printer.
