Nice printer, colors are great and it's easy to use. A bit complicated to set up but there are You Tube videos to help.

Needed a new printer. Decided on this bad boy! Was very easy to set up and 2 years of ink included. Was a no brainer. Price was good at $329.99. Can't find it cheaper at any other seller. Print quality is very nice, speed is great. CAN'T GO WRONG. You can even print from a smart phone. I liked that.... Thumbs up Best Buy................

The printer is pricey. But ink is cheap and there is plenty of it. For decades printers where cheap but ink was expensive. Example: HP 8710 pro was $160 and ink was $130 HP ink and not able to use off brand ink very well whithout messing up printer forever and only lasting around 2,000 pages. This printer: HP Smart tank 7602 is $450 and ink is only $65 for HP ink and you can use anybody's ink Black 32XL and 31/CMY ink for as low as $20 and lasts 8,000 pages. So Buying a 8710 Pro with enough ink for 8,000 pages would cost $680 and to buy HP Smart Tank 7602 with ink for 8,000 pages would cost $450. So you save $230 after printing 8,000 pages with HP 8710 Pro. Now I admit that is using there projected amount of ink used for 8,000 pages but you get the idea, that estimate is for 2 years of ink for each printer. So in a 2 year time frame you are saving approximatly $230. After that ink is cheap for another 2 years. Sounds like a win-win to me!!!!

I’m in love with this printer. I’ve always purchased HP products but my 2014 Officejet Pro’s ink cartridges were financially killing my budget with the large volume my home office printing demands. I hated to give up the quality I had become accustomed to with my existing Hp. After consulting with a BestBuy representative I purchased the super ink tank model. This printer has become a well loved addition to my work! Thank you Best Buy and HP I am a lifetime customer.

I actually love this one better, it is easier to operate. Took no time to set up and my printing world is perfect now.

Not difficult to set up. Took about 30 minutes. Probably overpriced for what you get, but the next model down was only a bit less after I traded in my old printer for a credit. I do like the printer ink reservoirs. So much less waste. The bottles are recyclable. The bottles are one full fill of the printer. Not sure how it will go when you have to add more ink. I would probably just wait until a reservoir is completely empty before trying to fill it again. I think it would be a bit messy otherwise. The printer is fast. I use it on wireless alone. AirPrint works great with all my Apple devices. Easy to connect to windows 10 and 11. I used the app to set it up on all the devices. Do not sign in to the app before setting up! Skip that step. This took me to a dead end about printer ink and I had to log out of the app before continuing. It does not do duplex scanning, but how often would I use that anyway? I have a canon scanner for that. My old printer kept running out of paper all the time. This one holds three times as much. Big paper tray. Love that. Print quality is good. Not great. Not artist quality. Business quality. I think it depends on the paper quality as well. I use cheap copy paper. My old printer had 6 ink tanks with gray and two blacks and the colors were a bit better. The app also shows how much paper is left… that is cool. I took away one star for the price, lack of duplex scanning and the print quality.

This printer was an easy setup. I did have Geek Squad come in and make some fine adjustments since I was changing computers. The quick set up guide and the app were really helpful. The tank system is easy to install. What I really enjoy is the quickness and sort of the printing process.

I am very happy with my HP printer. It will also save me money on ink. Great print out on documents and pictures.

I had dreaded having to buy another printer since my old one stopped working. I had purchased a less expensive printer and I'm glad I took a chance on this and upgraded. Works smoothly, connected fast, loaded the ink without issue and it's worked well so far!

I have always purchased HP printers. I have had this printer for about a month. It seems to print slower than other printers. And the commands are digital, but take longer to program because only one ‘command’ shows up at a time - needing to scroll to get to the wanted ‘command.’ If you want 20 copies…..it is necessary to scroll through numbers 1-19 to get to 20 instead of just typing in ’20.’ Perhaps I just don’t know how to do this. Also - how do they decide that it has ‘two years of ink?’ I am quite sure this ink supply will not last two years for me. I also think it is unusual that the top of the paper tray cannot be removed. The whole paper tray needs to be pulled out in order to see how much paper is left. I am just a little disappointed in some of this printer’s qualities.

I was in a pinch, needing a new "all-in-one" printer for my home office. I found this HP online, went to the store to pick one up and it was not available in that store because of the great price. I quickly went online to order and had it delivered the very next day. Overall experience with BestBuy is always great! AND I recycled my "dead" printer while we were there. The printer was super easy to set up, fill the tanks, connect to the wifi, and I was back in business printing out the forms I needed.

This is the best printer for my office. It's quiet prints very professional and I love it !

Nice printer. Can’t clear a false paper jam but still prints well. Smart tank really lasting a long while and haven’t had to change ink. Just be prepared for not being able to clear the fake jam alert.

Imagine a world where you go to print something and it acutally prints! No "replace the cyan" no "i can't remember how to be a printer". You go to print, and it prints. This is the best printer I've ever owned. So far, everythign I've asked it to print has actually printed, the first time, without arguing with me.

SUPER easy to set up. Quiet. Quick and smooth. Great quality.

The product seems to be a quality HP printer but I am awaiting Best Buy Geek Squad to set up the printer to my communications system. The Geek Squad reacted swiftly to my request for support and will be at my home soon for installation.
