This is a very good printer in terms of print quality and ink efficiency. I have printed close to 500 pages in the first month, and the ink is not even half used. I did have a bit of a problem with WiFi printing from my son's computer at first, but that is resolved. Also, the printing process is noticeably slower than the Epson 3450WF I had before. But I am satisfied with this print overall.

Originally purchased an EPSON printer but after getting and trying to set it up didn’t want it. To difficult to set and and use. Returned it to the store for a refund. Talked to another associate, she answered all my questions and provided me additional information. She Was very helpful. About a week later we received a sale circular and noticed our printer was on sale. We returned with our receipt and were given a refund for a lower price. Over all the folks we encountered were very professional and friendly.

I love the printer. It is easy to use. The printer and color is excellent. I had recently brought another brand and it was so hard to use that I was about the pull my hair out in frustration.

The people at Best Buy were so helpful in my selection of this printer. It is a great quality printer, was easy to fill with the ink and works with all my devices. It prints quickly and efficiently.

Very easy setup, just follow the directions initiated in the setup process. Connects easily to Wi-Fi network and works seamlessly with PCs, iOS devices and android. Print outs are very clean. Double sided printing is great.

The print quality is excellent on this printer. The print speed matches the stated specification. One persistent issue I've noticed so far is that scanning documents from the document feeder can be frustrating. More times than not, it will not feed the document through, even when the printer beeps to acknowledge the presence of the document(s). The weird thing is there don't seem to be any issues with copying documents from the feeder. Go figure!

Helped by Santa Maria store manager to set up printer. Everything worked excellent. Very happy with purchase and with help with set up. Strongly recommend Best Buy.

We were looking at an Epson or an HP printer. Started leaning to an Epson after reading reviews, but when tested it at Best Buy, that changed our mind on the spot! Epson seemed kind of cheaply built, not impressed. After test printing a couple of pages, we were sold. Best Buy also took in our old HP printer and gave us $30. The tank printers are a little more expensive, but longer time between refilling ink.

This printer replaced our previous Epson printer. Nothing fancy about this printer it works.

coming from a color laser that just doesnt have manufacturer support anymore, this printer is ok, it prints nice and the colors are nice.. i dont like that hp uses proprietary middleware for it, but it is what it is.. scanner works good too. i opened a support ticket with hp because i couldnt get some of the features to work (like firmware update) and im pretty sure the solution was to just give up.. but it all works fine, so no real (valid) complaints. i was gonna get another laser but dont use a printer much and bubblejets tend to dry out.. from what i've read these tank printers can sit for a long time and still work, so we're giving it a shot..

I like the sleek design, the quiet performance, the quick printing, and the value for ink with the tank. The double sided and printing remotely from my phones are features that are extremely useful.

Got this printer to replace the old school cartridge printer. So far after just a couple months this is a great printer. The ease of filling and just topping off of ink is great. The print quality is just as good as the old printer. The price was a little expensive for anyone on a tight budget.

The Hp 7602 printer is definitely an improvement in print clarity compared to my Epson 4720. If the ink lasts as long as advertised then it is a cost improvement also. On the down side, this printer is noticeably slower to print, especially when the process include printing on both sides of the page. It also takes a bit longer to turn on and get ready. I was aware of these conditions prior to purchase and chose this printer due to it's overall performance

Just purchased it and use it a couple of times and it has been fantastic! Bought it when it was on sale, and it is worth every penny so far!

So far works as fine. Color and quality are good. Speed is better than expected

Only had it a month but, so far, so good. Use it for home office. Pleased that the ink levels haven't dropped much at all. I like that you don't have all those plastic ink cartridges to throw away. Can't attest to ease of installation (wireless) because I had someone else install it for me.

So far we like it , was easy to set up ,easy to fill ink containers . Mainly printed emails etc haven’t tried doing greeting cards yet .
