Fantastic printer!! Quick printing speeds. The photos it prints are amazing! The interface is great and the setup is a breeze. Can’t say enough good things about it.

We really have been needing a home printer and the HP Smart Tank 7602 has blew our expectations out of the water! From the ease of access to the ease of filling the ink, top to bottom best printer we have owned.

Excellent printer, has the capacity to perform different kind of task, printing, scanning, copy, double side printing, great device!

This Printer is horrible. It constanly giving a message that there is a paper jam, you cant send a docume t from your phone to print, it had to be sent through s website to print. If there is a servive issue HP requires a charge that you have to pay even for a brand new printer. The alignment is crooked no matter how many time i have to realign it. Just a very poor unreliable product…… i do not recomend.

I really like the printer. Had an issue with the paper loading, but the HP tool fixed it. What I didn’t like was I bought a different HP printer from Best Buy that wouldn’t work at all. I had to pay another install fee for both. Evan though the first one wouldn’t work.

I purchased this printer during a Black Friday sale at Best Buy and the HP representative that walked me through how this printer works and determining if it would need my printing needs was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I would highly recommend this printer!!

We’ve only had the printer for a month or so, but it is by far a much better quality than any other printer we’ve had. I believe the ink bottles are easy to install as well as the entire set up of the printer. Would recommend to friends and family.

Nice printer. Holds a lot of ink. Worth every penny so far. My only issue is having to download the app to operate and the Scanner feed is horrible. System errors always happening

One of the better printers I've had over the years. Would give it a 5 star but the print speed was just a tad bit underwhelming. Still, it's a pretty nice printer and all the functions you get for the price is definitely worth it. It's also pretty compact too so there's not too much to worry about as far as sizing goes.Overall, I'd say if you're looking for a printer that gets your money's worth, then this is pretty much it. Like I said though, print speed is a bit on the slower end in my opinion.

So easy to set up and connect with my computer....I was able to put the ink... Very good and quick connectivity with my phone and computer...Very good product..

My Canon printer would not hold a connection and drank ink like an alcoholic. This new printer is great and I don’t have anything bad to say about it. Filling the tanks was a flawless process and I was certain there was going to be a spill, so I had paper towels ready. I could have filled them blindfolded, it was super easy. It prints fast enough and I have also printed some photographs that look like good. I have also sent a 42 page fax as well and you really cannot beat the fact it comes with so much ink.

Of all the printers I have had, this version of HP is the best. It comes up quickly, it is very easy to get online and connect to my wifi. And last, the folks at Best Buy were the most knowledgeable and helpful when I got conflicted about what to buy for a new printer.

Great printer & scanner with small footprint-very easy to setup

This printer was super easy to set up using their app. It works perfectly for my busy home office!

Printer install easy & works well from Win10 computers, Android phone & Apple iPad. Print, Scan-Print, Scan to PDF, Copy color & B&W worked well. Sadly, there were no instructions included to setup the Fax & wants an HP login to get the info. This disappointed me & I still haven't set that up. Online instructions referenced some sort of 2-wire fax cable that wasn't included either, which has also delayed setup of the Fax function. Not a 5 without the Fax setup as that's part of all-in-one.
