Printer install easy & works well from Win10 computers, Android phone & Apple iPad. Print, Scan-Print, Scan to PDF, Copy color & B&W worked well. Sadly, there were no instructions included to setup the Fax & wants an HP login to get the info. This disappointed me & I still haven't set that up. Online instructions referenced some sort of 2-wire fax cable that wasn't included either, which has also delayed setup of the Fax function. Not a 5 without the Fax setup as that's part of all-in-one.

This printer so far has outdone every printer that I have had. As a graphic designer, this printer makes it a lot easier when printing. Love the double sided print as well. Very easy to set up and use

I do not like having to use the app in order to use the printer. It is connected to my laptop. Regular printing works fine, but to scan or copy, one has to use the app. It is just another step and shouldn't be necessary. The ink seems to last longer than the ink cartridges. I have only had the printer a few months, so I haven't had to replace the ink. Replacing the ink was the easiest thing so far. Also, this printer jams ALOT. The paper tray is weird.

Best printer I have ever owned. Great color, easy to set-up, easy to use. I love this printer and plan to stick with the HP family of products.

I have always chosen HP printers above others. The printer is dependable and has no issues with WiFi printing. That being said, the set up to scan to email is cumbersome. I am a user not a programmer. I wish it was easier, as I gave up and scan to a flash drive then email. Extra steps, but it works. I have a company issued competitor, I wish it was an HP.

I purchased this a few months ago and really like this printer. It replaced an older HP (B&W only) model and is so much quieter. Print speed in color is good, and I have had 0 jams or issues with it under moderate use, including duplex printing, which it does quite nicely. When powered on, there is a continuous light, which some have mentioned is annoying if the printer is in a bedroom. I have the printer on a 7pm to 7am power off/sleep schedule in my office, so this is easy to work around. Ink levels show almost completely full still, so that‘s great!

We love this printer we bought one for our house a year or so ago and with my wife Grandma moving to town we decided to put one at her house. This makes things so easy for us instead of running back and forth. The renter always does the job no matter what you doing.

It’s nice.. but for some reason it just stops printing in the middle of the print session and it will not print anything else until I turn it off and back on. It’s brand new. I’ve only had it a month and only used it 5 times. Very weird and considering getting my money back but it’s too much trouble and I need a printer for my children’s homeschool. Overall, if it would work properly, I’d give it 5 stars. I like everything else about it.

It works great. It was very easy to set up. I have been very pleased with the quality and speed of this printer.

Originally purchased a different brand. The first two units failed to work correctly. The store return policy was great. Finally settled on this one as an alternate. It worked immediately.

This HP Printer was easy to install and has great, clear copies. It is so much faster than the printer it replaced. I run hundreds of copies a month so I’m looking forward to ink replacement.

This is a good printer. So far I've been impressed by it. It is not loud like my last printer. It uses less ink and I don't have to pay for ink each month or pay extra for my usage. It has been a good choice!

This printer replaced an older HP All-in-One Model. So, HP Smart app was already set up on both computers allowing “user friendly” set up up of new Smart Tank printer following step-by-step instructions. No issues connecting to wireless network allowing ability to print from multiple computers and iPhone. New ink tank system is definitely more economical than using cartridges. No waste! Have had this printer one month. Only regret is I did not purchase sooner!

I hate HP’s printer and ink strategy. My company made the mistake of trying their instant ink program and immediately regretted it. Our printers were reprogrammed to not accept any recycled or alternate brand ink cartridges. We have several HP printers and I swore we would never get another. After extensive research, I decided to try the HP Tank style ink printer. It is super easy to refill, lasts a long time, and is much more cost effective than regular HP cartridges. I may stay loyal to HP after all - we’ll see if they try any wonky restrictions over time……

I love my printer, I’ve had to update my old one and it was thhe best decision I could of made. By getting this all iin one , so easy to use.
