    This printer is amazing! It is very easy to use and if the app is installed, you can print from your phone no matter where you are. Scanning through the automatic feed is a little slow but the additional benefits override that issue. Very convenient and easy to use!

    First printer would not recognize the print heads. Best Buy replaced with new one, which works very well. Happy with printer, and very happy with Best Buy’s help and the ease to get a new replacement printer

    Good quality print job. Not very fast when I send several print jobs quickly. Requires an extra step in sending a print job. Installing ink and print heads much more complicated than the older printer design but worth it if it is a money-saver. Long time HP printer and computer user. 10-years of serve from previous 8600 Pro.

    I'm not a techy guy, a little complicated for me to set up my computers wireless connection. It takes the entire bottle of each color of ink that was prvided which was well thought out. All other office items in my office are Black, with my new printer only available in an off white color it looks awful in my office/mancave.
