    Lots a great features, easy to use app, quality of the unit itself is better than other printers in the market that tend to be flimsy plastic. Love being able to scan to email, double side print, place multiple sheets in the copy tray instead of having to place one sheet to copy at a time.

    Good print, copy and scan functions. Not easy to set up with my new fiber optics internet connection and wifi probably because the instructions are basically for simple connections. I had to get IT help.

    This model doesnt print as dark as some laser printers but doesnt waste ink either..no cartrige, straight up bottles of ink..and with the two years free ink it was a no brainer.

    The Printer is very good but Geek Squad was not. I had the printer for 3 weeks and they made 2 house visit and were not able to get it to work. I had HP support do the installation.

    I didn't expect during setup to have to load ink into the ink wells, but it was quick, very easy, and there was no mess whatsoever. It was easy to connect to my network and immediately start wireless printing. And the print quality is very good with this printer. Overall, good value for the money.

    Great printer but difficult to set up all functions especially scanning. I set up the printer initially but could not figure out the scanning. Took Geek Squad two visits of 1 hr each. Otherwise quality of printing is excellent.

    I’ve only had the printer for a month. So far I am very happy with it. I paid extra to have the Geek Squad come to my house to set it up.It was a good investment. He was a great help and explained how to operate it and answered all our questions.

    Nice all in one printer. This replaces an older HP all in one that used ink cartridges. I have only had it setup for 1 day so I am interested in seeing how long before I need to refill the ink wells.

    Once i got it up and running this printer works great; but the setup was horrible and I had so many issues. I was on the phone with HP tech support for almost 2 hours because they were also having issues with getting it to work, but finally we did and I haven’t had many issues since.
