Great all in one printer, easy set up and this is what i was looking for to make my day easy. I have no regrets with my purchase.

Went through 3 in 4 months. The first one the power cord would not stay in. The second one the ink exploded inside and coated everything in black. And the third and final one the paper tray stopped picking up the paper in the middle of a job and never worked again except for plain copy paper. I had made thousands of prints on sticker paper on the second one. That being said, I'm heartbroken because the print quality is the best I've ever seen, blows Espon out of the water, hands down!

It works great. I print a lot of pictures. . The quality is great.

Have been an HP customer for years, but went to the Epson tank printer to avoid having to continually purchase ink cartridges. When I discovered the HP 7602 tank printer, I immediately purchased, and am glad to be back with HP!

I paid a little bit more for this printer vs. an inkjet cartridge printer. Over time this reservoir ink printer could prove to be a great value in printing costs per page. Print quality is very good.

Good printer. I have had the printer for a few weeks and it is okay. It is simple and easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars if there was a way to remotely print.

A quality printer, I guess. Came into my home office one day & it had printed out the entire quantity of paper in the tray. Literally, ~100 pages laying all over my floor with just one line of characters across the top of the page. I said a "quality" printer because it may have been some computer/software problem that made it print out all that paper. I simply ain't smart enough to diagnose what happened--it's just that it never happened before with our old printer. I will monitor to determine if it happens again.

Worked great until it didn't. This is my second purchase of this printer, and I like the efficiency of the ink wells rather than the cartridges. After about 2 years, just outside of my warranty, one of the colors failed, and Best Buy or my HP app had no solutions other than a replacement. So, I'm trying again.

Easy setup for printing and copying. Wasn't aware you had to buy an app for wireless printing from phone and laptops.

Still learning about the printer. Owner’s manual not much help to a non-techy senior adult.

I am new to the smart tank technology. I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about ink for two years. The printer does everything it supposed to do. I would highly recommend this printer.

Great printer. I liked the fact that you do not need to buy ink cartridges. Which has been lasting a long time. This is a different setup than I am used to, but easy to use.

I really love this printer. The look is nice, doesn’t look bulky. Prints well on both copy and photo paper. It is very noisy. The only downfall I’d say is that it is quite slow.

Came to the store to purchase a laser jet, but the employee talked me into the 7602. I've been very impressed with the quality and use of ink so far. Feel like Imade a good decision.

So far so good. I have used HP printer’s for a long time.

It is OK. Don't like the paper tray which is flimsy and hard to open. I push in on the side of the tray to get it open. Also hard to get at a paper that was stuck. The best thing, it does not seem to use much ink. This will pay for itself in just 2 months on ink alone. Highly recommend this for the ink efficiency. It is much quieter than my old Dell.

Printer works reasonably well, but constantly comes up off line . Have to reboot often . Print quality good.

This is a great little printer. Love the savings from ink system. Some challenges with wireless set up. I would highly recommend for home office!

It's a bit intensive to set up, if you are not tech savvy; it can be confusing. The ones I'd be concerned about are older people, they'd definitely be off put by the wireless system. Other than that I like it, I have cats so it's covered because that's what cats like to do, be on your stuff..

I’ve always trusted HP products that I have bought, sometimes they are a little hard to setup but they are worth it.
