    I like this printer especially the ink bottles, iess money by half. I give this a 4 because the lid when I open it to scan an item & then close the lid it pop like it is hanging up. And on 2 occasions since I got it, it won’t print because it says the printer heads are misaligned & I have to open the printer head cover & reset the 2 printer heads to clear the issue. If it continues to do this I will return the printer.

    Very difficult to install. Once installed, worked for a couple of days then stopped printing. Sometimes would print color text but not black. Had Geek Squad come and reinstall. It then worked for a couple of days and stopped again. Have spent hours on the phone troubleshooting this with an HP representative. They are going to send me a new black ink cartridge as they finally concluded that the one I have is defective. Will take two weeks to get it. Once the new one is installed and if it still does not work, they promised to replace the entire printer within 4 to 5 days. Can't return to Best Buy as their policy is no returns 10 days from purchase. Been without a printer for weeks going through this process and will now have to wait another two weeks to see if this solution works. Not sure I would purchase from Best Buy or HP again.

    You would think that BB would not have enough employees working the floor, every time I was there someone was always available to help me. If that person was busy then they would contact someone from another department to assist me with my search. The other individual would be well prepared and informed. They are courteous, professional,and knowledgeable. That means everything!
