I had high hopes for the HP Smart Tank 7602, especially with the promise of up to 2 years of ink included, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. Good Points: Convenient Ink System: The "Supertank" feature is great in theory—having plenty of ink included up front is a real bonus for heavy printing. It’s a nice change from constantly replacing cartridges. Wireless Functionality: The setup for wireless printing was smooth, and the ability to print directly from my phone or laptop without needing to connect cables is very convenient. Area for Improvement: Unreliable Print Quality: Unfortunately, the print quality didn’t meet expectations. The colors were often off, and there were frequent paper jams. After troubleshooting several times, I decided it wasn’t worth keeping, especially for professional use. I ended up returning it because the print quality issues outweighed the convenience of the ink system. Maybe it works better for occasional use, but for someone needing reliable prints regularly, this wasn’t the right fit.

I had to contact support to connect it to my computer, but they were very helpful. I don’t believe it prints as fast as they claim. I’ve had an HP for years and I like the Smart AP. I can’t comment on the life of the ink tanks since it’s so new.

I love that this printer has ink tanks not cartridges. One major issue is that for the amount of money you spend for this all in one you'd think set up would be easy. I still can't set up scan to folder option. It's so complicated and states "error" but doesn’t show how to fix it. Folder path copied, but the app refuses to accept it. I'd recommend this printer but it needs tech support to set up for scanning. Tjis is not for the tech beginner.

I really wanted to like the HP Smart Tank 7602, but after using it for several months, I am thoroughly disappointed. The setup was unnecessarily complicated, with the app often failing to connect and recognize the printer. Even when it did work, the performance was inconsistent. The printer is also much slower than I had hoped. For basic documents, it takes a long time to print, and forget about printing multiple pages without constant pauses and delays. Another frustrating issue is the constant connectivity problems. It frequently disconnects from the Wi-Fi network, and troubleshooting it is time-consuming and annoying. I had to connect via ethernet which makes it impossible to connect to the app. I spent far too many hours trying to resolve these issues with no success. Overall, the HP Smart Tank 7602 has been a letdown. It's not reliable and the constant connectivity issues make it a poor choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free, efficient printer. I regret purchasing this model and would not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing printer! Everything about it was well thought out. The set up instructions are very clear and simple. I use my phone to easily print out what I need or can print from copier. Installing the ink is also effortless. If you prefer an uncomplicated, great printer for every day use, this may be the one for you.
