Helpful friendly calm store assistance Printer good and reliable

If you are not an IT person, this printer is not for you. I spent 2 hours trying to make it connected and scan. The website did not have the correct drivers I needed. I had to get the drivers from a different website.

Purchased 4 months ago. Printing performace is fine when working, but driver updates and several connection issues have required hours of time on the phone for remote troubleshooting with Geek Squad.

Overall printer is working great and efficient for my work.

Terrible! Go through all the setup procedures for WiFi connection, test print OK, but then can't connect to it via Windows, Macbook, iPhone etc. even using the HP Smart app. It always shows the printer status offline or asleep. HP Support was terrible to navigate, and eventually they told me to return it to Best Buy. Geek Squad appointment set for later today. Hope a replacement printer will be better, but I think there are major product issues from HP with this model. Will update review after visiting Best Buy.

Good printer but sometimes the printer jumps off line before completing the printing job and when the issue is resolved, it starts printing again from the start of the doument which can be a waste of paper if you already printed 20 pages

Print is amazing. If you purchase this for scanning, this is NOT the machine for you. Very cumbersome to set up scanning to your computer (I have a MAC). Actually you can't scan directly to a folder with MAC--or at least about 2 hours of trying to figure it out from the directions, I can't solve my problem. I have different brand scanner that it scans to a folder flawlessly. Plastic body seems flimsy. I feel like I'm going to break it when I open the hood. Can't recommend.

The set up was a little lengthy. I cannot get the printer to print in color without going through the HP app. I don't like that. I tried to look online to troubleshoot but could not find information related to my issue. I called customer support and after several minutes on being on hold I was disconnected. Very disappointing. The only reason I went with HP was I had my last HP printer for 10 years and didn't have any issues with it until it just stopped working :( Until then I was very happy with my HP printer. Not super pleased with this one

For some reason hard to get wifi to work with laptop and android phone. Cannot get printer to recognize wifi easily. Worst part is the hinged lid. It always binds and cracks when you open all the way. Had the lid snap off on one hinge and hp was great and sent new printer asap but the new one has the same hinge problem and assume it will happen again.

After 2 weeks the printer works great. I'm looking forward to a significant reduction in the annual costs of ink used with my older HP printer with cartridges that cost me over $600 per year. I strongly recommend buying

Since I purchase the HP Smart Tank 7602 I do not run out of ink so fast anymore and is wonderful to use. The new ink cartridge provided was a ingenious way that HP has come up with.

There are some things I liked about this printer. However the latch broke pretty soon after I bought it but never replaced it because it wasnt affecting anything when it comes to printing. Fast forward a year and the blue stopped working. I tried and searched for a solution to no avail. I never found out what was wrong with it or if it was an easy fix. HP had terrible customer service and wanted money to troubleshoot the problem. Highly recommend finding another brand. Also highly recommend the 4 year geek squad protection to protect your purchase on your next printer. To finish, I ended up taking it to geek squad but they said they dont repair printers and just refunded me the money. I’ll never know what was truely wrong with it but that’s okay.

I was skeptical about this purchase because of the price, but following the animated set-up tools made it easy and I love using it now. The document feeder tray is an added bonus it makes scanning and sending documents containing several pages simple.

Nice machine but it does not print 7 color copies per min and not 11 black and white per min. It makes loud noises as it prints

So far, the printer has proven itself to be everything it's advertised to be, it can handle every job that I need done, I like its ergonomic look also, I prefer the tanks that hold the ink over ink cartridges, to me that is the biggest improvement.

This printer is very economical with ink. When on the printer emits too much light to be left on. It is slow starting from the off position. I liked how my previous HP printers could rest in the on setting without the disturbing light issue.

Its been so farthe best printer I ever had.....it has a few little extra steps for the scanning.... that can be simplified.....-1 star

The instructions to setup the printer was user friendly. However it is very challenging to use all the features. Need clear and direct instructions on use.
