    The printer works great only two shortcomings one the feeder tray is small and second you cannot print two sided copies to two sided copies straight from the feeder tray

    ONLINE SET UP IS TERRIBLE PRINTER SCREEN STUCK IN MODE "THE HP SOFTWARE IS SETTING UP YOUR PRINTER". WE HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO CORRECT. THE HP SMART APP IS VERY LITTLE HELP. KEEPS DIRECTING US BACK TO THE SAME SET UP SCREEN THAT THE PRINTER IS LOCKED UP IN. REVOLVING DOOR. PRINTS AND SCANS BUT WE CAN NOT ACCESS THE ON SCREEN APPLICATIONS FOR USE AS JUST A PRINTER.

    Like how I don’t have to buy cartridges all the time for it. The only thing different is I would make the cord longer so you can set it on a bookshelf

    Hp’s quality is constantly on downfall. This is my 4th printer. The first was a photosmart.. although expensive to print, the quality was outstanding. But now the system is cheaply made, the software especially the web service portal are outdated. But yet they keep on increasing the price of their subscription printing/ink.

    I am constantly having to unjam the paper jams. I can hardly print more than a few pages without it jamming. Having gotten use to brother laser printers, I forgot how bad these cheap HP inkjet printers are.
