    Hasn't had too many troubles yet. A couple of fixable jams. Other than that it seems to be working well. The ink is a good deal.

    Like how I don’t have to buy cartridges all the time for it. The only thing different is I would make the cord longer so you can set it on a bookshelf

    Temperamental..........keeping wireless connection difficult as HP states it is not really compatible with Samsun computer.

    I am constantly having to unjam the paper jams. I can hardly print more than a few pages without it jamming. Having gotten use to brother laser printers, I forgot how bad these cheap HP inkjet printers are.

    Hp’s quality is constantly on downfall. This is my 4th printer. The first was a photosmart.. although expensive to print, the quality was outstanding. But now the system is cheaply made, the software especially the web service portal are outdated. But yet they keep on increasing the price of their subscription printing/ink.

    This was a very nice printer, but difficult to use , paper wouldn’t go through correct worked this customer service, it was a joke. Took bite in shorts and got rid of it and bought a different one. Seems as though I got different answers from different people every time I called. Just got tired of run around.
