    This was a very nice printer, but difficult to use , paper wouldn’t go through correct worked this customer service, it was a joke. Took bite in shorts and got rid of it and bought a different one. Seems as though I got different answers from different people every time I called. Just got tired of run around.

    Cord kept falling out, would “sleep” and not wake up to print, some paper jams. HP Insta Ink kept charging/billing me after cancelling when previous printer crashed. I emailed and spoke to representatives several times; 2 1/2 months later HP informed me my account had been suspended. Stay away from their subscriptions.

    I bought this printer bc the reviews were amazing. This printer is AWFUL. It doesn’t stay connected to WiFi, it takes forever to print and takes even longer to make a copy. The colors are less than bright. I would NOT recommend. If I could give it zero stars I would.
