    Was easy to setup and get a lot of copies out of the ink. You don't have to pay for expensive ink cartridges.

    It’s a good printer for copies. It’s not ideal for photos because they come out way too saturated. Also it just last a year, because the sensor of the printheads are damaged apparently.

    INSTALLATION IS NOT TOO BAD IF YOU THE INSTRUCTION, THE INK BOTTLE IS KND OF SMALLER SIZE, DOUBT IF IT COULD LAST SIX MONHTS.

    About 3 months after purchasing this printer I started getting false ADF Jam errors. HP customer service was of little help even though it seems to be a common issue with these printers. Now a year later the ADF jam error is non stop and only goes away after fiddling with the lid. Only then will the printer work for a short period of time. I will be choosing another brand to replace it.

    I like this so much better than the ink cartridges. The only down side is that HP Instant Ink program does not apply to this machine.

    It's a good printer. It's not the fastest and it is a little expensive for what you get. The "2 years of ink" is misleading and YMMV

  • Printhead Failure After 6 Months Of Very Light Use

    I should have listened to the reviews. I’ve had this $357 dollar printer for 6 months. Only used it at home and very light use. Now, every time I try to print anything it says “printhead failure”. I’ve tried cleaning the printheads and still nothing. I can’t get it to do anything when printing from my laptop, but if I print from my phone it will occasionally work. But I literally have to shutdown the printer first (sometimes several times) and then print. FOR EVERY SINGLE PRINT JOB! SHUTDOWN…THEN PRINT. Save yourself a headache and go with a different brand.
