Very happy with this printer. Prints well and quicker than our previous HP printer. Highly recommended

I purchased this printer and had problems with it. I called the Geek Squad and went over the problems I was having. The ink would smear, it would freeze up, would not print when I sent something to it and would not turn off with the button. They couldn't figure it out and I was told to take it back and have it replaced. I took it back and replaced it with the same model. I loaded the HP Smart and HP Print. Still having similar problems. It's so frustrating trying to print snd nothing happens. This one won't turn off either. Guess I'll have to return this one too. Maybe I'll try an Epson.

works well after its set up with computer. automatic feeder iffy and screen wont accept legal sized paper without using auto feeder.

I am disappointed in this printer. I have problems printing more than one page at a time and multiple set of items. My last printer could handle multiple pages and multiple printing jobs at a time. This printer I have to wait until each item is printed before cueing the next job. It is much slower than my last HP printer. If I could get my money back and buy another printer I would.

Works great for printing and copying. I am not real pleased with the touch button to select copies or add a fax number. I have to press it several times to get it to light up.

After spending many hours trying to use HP Smart to connect the printer by WiFi, I gave up and went back to the store for help. A Best Buy employee happened to hear me and suggested I connect the printer by a cable, which I did and it works fine. The problem is the HP instructions do not mention the cable option, and when I purchased it no one mentioned it.

The printer works fine. However, the power cord constantly falls out of the back of the printer. Very frustrating! Returning is such a project with something that weighs this much and has been unboxed.

I paid a lot of money for this printer, and when I need service after 8 months, I expect help! I was told by the Geek Squad that I have to pay $100 to have an in-home visit. I am a TOTAL TECH member ,and that does not help at all?!!! Dissatisfied Kent

I think the printer is slower than my other HP printer. I do like the Super tank ink. Saves on plastic of the cartridges.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues, installation issues wouldn’t buy again

I have been unable to use this printer even though I spend 1.5 hours with IT/technical support and even after I am still getting repeated errors, often unable to turn off using power button. Repeated technical support needed.

Nice printer the liquid ink is very modern nice but i returned it because the feeder don't work and jts a problem with this model...Refund foe a epson which was $150 cheaper and better..

Probably printed no more than 40 pages over the 5 months since purchase. Now the feeder is malfunctioning jamming paper every time. Can't print anything anymore. My last printer from Epson lasted a very long time only the network connection became flaky over time so replaced with this one. The 'long lasting' tanks will now end up in a landfill contributing more harm to the planet.

I followed all the instructions, set the printer up properly. On the first print it jammed, then it jammed again, then it jammed again. It can't print 2 pages without jamming. It's junk. I've owned 10 HP printers and never had this type of trouble.

I purchase this printer to replace my old HP pro 8600 plus. I really wanted to like this HP smart tank 7602. The first problem I had was after the printer upgraded firmware automatically. IT BRICK. I had to troubleshoot for 2 hours to un brick and use. Finally I got it to work, next day the so call magic keypad or touch screen, was totally unresponsive. Turning it off wouldn’t work ether. I gave up and returned. I will wait for a few months for a fresher batch. I will repurchase this printer it has good reviews. Perhaps it was just this one since it was on sale .

This works well but is very hard to set up Had to call the book number with a son who knows tech stuff and it took over 2 hrs

Initial setup was ok - not entirely intuitive. After that the system locked up and there was no way to get into the printer and reset the configuration much less look at any errors. Tried to hit the HP support website and all they wanted to do was sell me more ink. NO HELP. Returned it and bought a competitor that has worked flawlessly since.

Not the most easiest to print. Confusing to get it to print.

HP did not supply a special phone cable. A standard cable will not facilitate a dial tone for the fax.
