Unable to scan documents to PDF. I have always purchased HP printers. This one disappointed. Best Buy associate lacked sufficient product knowledge.

Machine does not work. Does not feed. It took HP tech 4 hour to get it set up. She was mumbling under her breath the whole time. Trying not to say something bad about the product.

I had the epson ET4760 which i really liked. the new printer seems to take much longer to print out a single page. more than the epson printer i used.

The printer heads never work. This is my third printer. I'm bringing this printer back today. It just keeps saying the printer can't be found even though they're there.

Print heads went out and need replaced before I could even get through the ink it came with.

Had to return it, because it was defective out of the box the Geek Squad opened, and could not get it working right.

It didn't last 2 months. I installed it and it worked fine for like 2-3 print sessions and than it started creasing the paper and constantly jams. Hopefully I had the Best Buy protection plan I was able to get a full refund.

The printer now works fine. the installation was confusing, and caused me weeks of anguish. I tried the instructions that come with the printer and I could never connect to my local wi-f. I down loaded their app for help on installation with the same result. I was finely helped by an Apple agent.

It’s a good product I just don’t like that is constantly offline and is giving me a hard time connecting to the internet

I bought mine almost four months ago. At first it was good. But… as time has gone on it just gets more and more temperamental. I continually need to unplug it, often to no avail. Now it constantly prints double-sided, which I do not want, and I have to keep corrected setting for that. I’m very displeased.

Do not buy this printer. Have had for two weeks and is a total disappointment. will not set up correctly and constantly goes offline.

I’m tech savvy; set up printers at school no problem. Tried to get printer working for 2 hours 2 no avail! Had to call tech support and it took the woman 2.15 HOURS to get the darn printer to print! Now almost every time I have to print, I have to unplug it 1st! I spent $340 on this printer, I REGRET IT EVERYDAY! Terrible printer!

Printer is ok at best. Ink “tanks” are supposed to last but didnt make it 2 months. Similar quality of any other $99 printer. Dont waste your money because thats what it is.

not user friendly. overly complicated to use. wants everything to be run from your computer. sending a fax just by trying to manually enter a phone number on the machine screen is nearly impossible because it is so tiny. SOOO many settings. it will take hours to figure out how you need it to function.

I started the setup process and thought that it was going well. The next thing I knew I was essentially locked out of going forward or backwards in the process. Ultimately, I was unable to setup the printer and returned it the day after receiving it.

Worked 2 days until needed to reset our WiFi password then it refuses to print from laptop, but prints from apple devices. Reset it up & tried everything, but still doesn’t print. Waste of $

Not happy at all! Taking it back to Best Buy 2 fix

This was a year and 2 months Forced update & crashed

set up went ok but to get it sinked with my computer not so easy. Hp help stinks also as they where not much help.

I brought this printer all the way to the office. Set it up etc. It didn’t even work! Very disappointed! HP customer service didn’t even know what was wrong. It stayed frozen with an error message.
