My rating for this product is 1. This inexpensive and very basic laptop was slow in every regard, and had difficulty booting up and powering down. Fine for internet use only. Returned after 2 weeks of trying to use it.

The computer is a little slow at first but once you continue to use it, it's fine. Works great. I am using it for school. The screen is clear and it is better than a chromebook to me.

I love it This is all I needed for just everyday checking different things

it's smaller than i expected but the description was accurate as to size, my bad if i dont correctly visualize. performance is fine & a good value for price.

This computer is extremely slow. At under $200 I wasn’t expecting anything amazing but this computer isn’t even worth the price. Spend $200 more and get a computer that doesn’t take 5 minutes to start up after starting the computer.

This computer works great and is best in value - suitable for internet use, for practical as well as technical computations.

So far so good. I have not used it much yet. It is a little smaller than I am used to but it works for the purpose that I brought it for.

For our purposes this laptop is perfect! We only needed it to review pictures from game cameras. This laptop performs that function very well!

I like that it does have chome on it. And I can get to a website that I want quicker.

I have no problems with the laptop. It had evening that I need for school and is really light to travel around. I had Mac books and dell laptops and they’ve either burned out, or was unable to successfully give me the tools I need to do my school work. This laptop, already has the necessary things I need and will even allow me to pay online games.

PC works great. This was purchased for my Mother in Law and she is happy with the ease of working on the Laptop. Very easy setup. The only take away is that after setting up you have to take it out a the mode that comes by default and then you can download software outside of Microsoft. Besides that it’s not that bad.

Laptop works perfectly! Operates smoothly. Runs just a little slower than expected at times but has all the great features I need in a functioning laptop.

I received a notice that my laptop had arrived and was ready for pickup. I was happy that it had arrived on time and was ready for pickup. Once I arrived at the customer service desk to pickup my laptop and it only took seconds. Overall, the service at Best Buys can't be beat.

Does the job I purchased it for which is running PS7 and supporting my Epson flat bed photo scanner.

Having trouble getting it to talk to my dell printer which is frustrating.. otherwise its a great slim laptop!
