I'm not going to write a review just to get a gift card, (but it would be greatly appreciated) I got this laptop for a Black Friday sale (2023). It has been slow the entire time I got it. It's not the internet, because I have high-speed internet. I would like to return it but I fear that I will not be allowed based on how long it has been since the purchase date.

Works great for school assignments and small business task

It was slower than I thought it would be. Gives me more of a hassle to do my school work

Bought this as a starter laptop for my 11-year-old son. For a starter laptop it is everything we expected and does well with some of his online games

I absolutely love this laptop It’s perfect for what I Need on a day to day basis! It has the perfect amount of storage and I just love The color!

Laptop is fairly easy to set up, is perfect screen with that my daughter needs for college, and as the perfect weight as well to carry between classes.

Simple laptop but enough for it’s purpose . Not much storage but you can get an external to help that. Moves quickly between functions and web searches. Absolutely LOVE the rose gold color!

This computer is horrible. It’s runs very slow. It is not functional at all.

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

My laptop is great. Really enjoying! My first HP and it does it all. I do just a few projects each week and this is the perfect laptop for small projects.

Great laptop had for a year now definitely cost friendly but definitely is great for the price you can get work done and etc. runs smooth and have no issues

I purchased this laptop for me to watch movie and do some documentary work on it. The only problem is it glitches alot and all of a sudden it just stops playing my video. So all i have to do is restart it again.

My niece loves her new hp laptop. She does all her school work and watch moves and play games on it all the time.

Works perfectly fine. Perfect for the price. I do mostly school work on it and have had no troubles at all. Fantastic! Not to mention the rose gold is pretty :)

Pretty good laptop and perfectly sufficient for school, watching movies/shows, and work, as well. You may want to ci sider a different ootion for anything that is a little more high-yield like games are big programs.

Works great for school work. There is no lag when operating Microsoft Office with multiple tabs open. I highly recommend.
