I bought this laptop for college homework and it was incredibly slow while it worked. It completely stopped working this afternoon and lost all of my cumulative course projects. Thanks for the rip off.

Dead battery after light use for 2 1/2 years

Average use 1 hour/day for Zoom meetings. Battery isn't removable/replaceable, not worth the repair cost.

The way this one works Bestbuy should just lower it to $25 or better yet buy an item & get this laptop for free because it’s not worth buying at all.
