Major disappointment

But this model was a major disappointment. Its slower than molasses.

Do not purchase this entry level laptop

She selected this one because it's size was similar to her chromebook and she didn't want a touch screen. Unfortunately, this laptop has a celeron processor that does work properly when it heats up. It will freeze up the task bar, disable the functionality of some of the buttons. Worst thing, it may not allow you to sign into your account. We have best buy's total care, we took it to their Geek Squad twice, the issues persisted, and their final word was it's a low-grade computer and processor, so you should expect these kinds of problems.

Could have done better

I have to change the code to get into it at least once a week. The internet is always in not responding mode. I think a new computer would have been a better choice but I needed one just to get me by.

Waste of money

Now I know why it has such a s return window. Might as well had bought a $800 computer.

The open box stated it was in excellent condition, but it had a dent in it and the computer wasn’t sweep. Someone else email kept coming up.. No I was not pleased with the purchase.

Very slow and Glitchy
