I need a windows computer to do some of my work. This computer has a low contrast screen that is hard to read any fine print. The cursor will randomly jump to other text when you pause typing, even if your hands are not near the tough pad or mouse. Best Buy pushed Microsoft 365 at the time I purchased the computer, but 365 was already installed, getting a refund was a big headache, and they messed that up. Its only redeeming quality is it is relatively cheap.

Not as expected. But you get what you pay for. I wish I would've did more reviews on it.

Purchase 2 of these laptop for my twin nieces who left for college and both have have said it works great does more than enough for school work and for free time on the web. I was worried about memory storage but they have informed me it hasn’t beed an issue. I did also purchase it for a GREAT price it was on sale, so with that being said I’m happy with my purchase.

I had to return this laptop since it was way to slow for my functions. Nice color!

It’s excellent and very easy to set up I love it would definitely buy it again.

It's been less than a month since I received the laptop, and up comes a message that the battery is holding minimal charge and may need to be replaced. I contact Best Buy, and get referred to the manufacturer since I am past the 15-day window. The mfg asks me if I have a half hour to spend on the phone; I respond not at this time. It is frustrating.

Works well for a 14 year old to do Information Technology aa well as research for school assignments. Will update further in a few months.

Love HP products. This came with the Microsoft S lock. I live where there is no cell service. Microsoft want to send a text message can't get one there is no cell service. Could not down load an email service or up date the virus soft ware or get the s lock unlocking soft ware. Computer is now worth less.

I did not like this computer. It took forever to download items. I had a hard time syncing a mouse to it. I usually like HP but I kind of changed my mind since I bought this computer. It was a good price but it didn’t do anything that I needed. I didn’t think the picture was that great either.

Not what I expected. I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

It's a beautiful paperweight! It has not worked from day 1. I have not been able to use it as the startup will never complete. I tried to exchange but nothing! Waste of time and money. I'm sure it's just this one unit but it's the one i paid for and it does not and has not worked!

Love it. Great picture not too small of a screen perfect for school

Not the best laptop but it gets the job done. Was recommended by Best Buy employee
