Disappointed

But it started glitching after ONE day of using i ended up returning it because it glitched so much I couldn’t get any basic work done . Very disappointed because I wanted it to work so bad it’s lightweight pretty in rose gold and affordable .

It works great except for the fact that it was just too small. Everyone on the call was so, so tiny - and the bottom got really, really hot. I ended up bringing it back for a bigger screen. If you want light and pretty and don't mind the small it'll be great for you.

Great Value HP Laptop

My primary uses are web searches, email, MS Word and Excel, and photo storage. It is faster than the Dell to respond and much faster to boot up. It was a great value for the money and the Geek squad setup made the transition very simple.
