This is a good computer for the price! No complaints

Was very disappointed with this laptop. I understand that some of it was the specs not being strong enough to support doing much. I wanted to use it for just basic word documents and simple websearches. At this point I am thinking about returning it and purchasing something different that will have some speed. This laptop is deathly slow. Super bummer because I thought I was getting a good deal.

The speed is excellent and it was easy to use right away.

One year of office included, compact size and great battery life. All this for less than $200.!!

Serviceable for basic functions. Not recommended for any large things.

You get what you paid, we only bought this one for a clase online and work perfectly.

express my disappointment with the HP - 14 Laptop that I recently purchased. I have to say, I am not entirely satisfied with my purchase. I understand that this laptop is on the more affordable end of the spectrum, and as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." However, I expected a bit more from a brand like HP. The laptop's performance has been subpar, with slow processing speeds and frequent crashes. The battery life is also not as long-lasting as I had hoped. I have always been a fan of HP products, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed. I was hoping for a reliable and efficient laptop, but unfortunately, that is not what I received.

Slow processor, but works for my elementary kids school work.

This is a great laptop for school or home use. The color is fun and it's easy to navigate.

So far so good, I haven't used it much actually only a few times.

This laptop was an excellent price and was easy to set up. The screen is a great size for Zoom classes! It was such a great deal that I purchased another one.

Though. This is an open box item, it appears bran new and everything was intact, so far the has been no know issues, will give an later update

You can’t do anything on this computer! It’s so slow! It lags horribly. The ratings and reviews were good on it so I got it. Thought it’d be decent to do things online. It takes forever to load the browser. Doing anything on this computer takes so much time. Not worth the headache. It s shame I’m past the return window or I would take it back. Not even a month with it. It’s just sitting there cause I can’t do anything on it.

Bought for a 96 year old. It worked great, no problems.

Awesome reliable light way love everything about it

This was a laptop that I got in exchange of a chromebook and I am so happy with it. It is perfect for my needs as a college student who needs something light to carry around but that works just as efficiently as any other laptop. I also love the color.
