Absolutely great for what i need great price great laptop lite weight easy set up

I needed something quick for my travel assignments and didn't want to spend a lot. I have an HP desktop at home & thought I'd stick with a known brand. I love this thing as i do my work & watch Hulu, Disney plus etc., one mean little CPU.

Love this laptop had it for a year already and I use it for projects and meetings for work.

First laptop so excited I love it first it was fast it’s kinda slow now but it’s ok a page has to load pink is my favorite color so far so good

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

It is always a pleasure buying from best buy i can get it on the store or shipped without a problem i alway tel my family about bust buy Eather is a gift or for my self

My daughter absolutely adores this product!! The battery life so far is great! She uses it as a daily computer for her social media use.

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

computer was brand new but when logged into it was being slow. had thought it was a problem with the internet but after a couple days realized it was the computer. the whole computer kept freezing after trying to open any app on it. And took up to 10min to open and even then nothing loaded.

works just like any other computer don't need to buy 500 when this is great for me or my kids

Great computer! Got it for school and work and the battery last for a long time went 5 days without charging and still had a good percent left.
