    computer ok techs moving data were not thorough I've been back to the store 3 times and called help desk once this should NOT have been necessary

    Just didn't come with Microsoft word. You can't use lockdown browser.

    Difficult to update anything amd slow to load. Cant even upload my webroot purchased here for another laptop.

    I purchased this laptop for my daughter because she decided to go back to school. Best Buy offered free virus protection to download to the laptop… the problem is you can’t download something that don’t have an app. She also tried to download zoom because she takes online classes and she can’t download this either. This laptop is not a good purchase
