It's ok i feel like it's a bit slow and can't take too many downloads.

It’s as advertised. It works for exactly what I needed it for, being able to work from home due to snow or other issues. It’s nothing fancy but it allows me to get my work done and that’s all I was looking for.

My other laptop had broken about a year or so ago, and seeing this for an affordable price made my day. Now I trying to get back into the swing of things with my writing. Plus, it came with a free 1-month Xbox Game pass and my subscription literally has just run out. I open my Best Buy window and I see the free month pass like a gift on Christmas.

This laptop will work for me but even though i posted five stars there is one complaint that I have when i got it home, part of the power cord was missing i called bestbuy and told them and they refunded me but next time when i buy a open box item p.ease make sure that all of the parts are in the box

HP is great, this computer does not let you down. I do prefer the bigger screen and touch screen, makes working on it easier.

Purchase an open box item. It was super fast and set up easily. Please note that you *do not* get the free year of Microsoft 365 with open box. A few days after owning it the screen would flash black. Exchanged it for a brand new one- horrible. It’s so slow and freezes no stop. I can’t even get Gmail to open without it freezing. It would suit my needs just fine if it actually worked.

my company wont let us put turbo tax (or much of anything else) on our company computers any more, so i bought this HP just for that. it was on sale and inexpensive, has tons of memory and battery life and is so light it almost worries me that it is delicate, but it is not. a fantastic value.

Good buy for the money. Great little device for web surfing, email and light O365 use.

This is a great little computer for remote working with standard office software. The only drawback was it comes preloaded with a bunch of useless manufacturer and Microsoft software that slows it down to unusable speeds, so you need someone who knows what to delete when you first get it.

Great laptop for the price it. Can be slow at times but I would recommend it for not trying to spend to much

Nice low priced laptop. We only used it to web surfing and low power games. It performs well for these tasks. It is a little short of memory, so i installed a 256gb sd card to install non-operating system software.

Do wish it had more storage. Yet for what I use for it is fine/

Excellent ease of use. Small and portable. Lightweight. Outstanding price. Sadly, not enough memory for my purpose, so I returned it. Have always been highly satisfied with HP products.

a bit glitchy/slow at times, the touchpad isn’t the most sensitive but i use a bluetooth mouse and it works great! i’m a grad student and mostly use it for writing papers and watching videos!

Great price on this basic laptop. Its a little slow but bery happy with the pirchase.

This is a overall great laptop the battery last long and the performance is excellent for me as a college student is what I need.
