Defective battery

I contact Best Buy, and get referred to the manufacturer since I am past the 15-day window. The mfg asks me if I have a half hour to spend on the phone; I respond not at this time. It is frustrating.

Microsoft killed my computer.

I live where there is no cell service. Microsoft want to send a text message can't get one there is no cell service. Could not down load an email service or up date the virus soft ware or get the s lock unlocking soft ware. Computer is now worth less.

I had a hard time syncing a mouse to it. I usually like HP but I kind of changed my mind since I bought this computer. It was a good price but it didn’t do anything that I needed. I didn’t think the picture was that great either.
