I have not been able to use it as the startup will never complete. I tried to exchange but nothing! Waste of time and money. I'm sure it's just this one unit but it's the one i paid for and it does not and has not worked!

I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

Computer constantly cuts off while I’m working on it. I bought it on the 2 of August haven’t had a chance to open and set it up until today which is the 21st of August and what I can’t return it. My 1st of using it and it shuts off every 10/15 minutes. Throughly disappointed.

When I try to bring it back I need to have a better system with products bought it for Christmas. Never opened it to Christmas Day and it wouldn’t come on. What a sad day for my daughter.
