I would give it 0 stars if I had the option. This is the worst laptop I ever had. Can’t event open up a web browser or even so much as an app. Internet connection was the worst

Did not like this particular laptop. It is too heavy. I returned it for MS Surface laptop.

Works ok for most apps. But strobes on all pages with Big Fish Game Forest's Gummy Drop game.

Started to glitch, screen just blinks now . Not worth it.

Godawful performance. Can’t even sit in Discord calls. Barely able to browse the internet.

This computer is perfect for everyday use. I got it for my son to use for his school projects. It's perfect for all ages that are using to surf the web and do plenty of regular everyday tasks. It's definitely not a gaming system, but the speed is great for otherwise. Clarity is great, colors are vibrant and sound is impeccable!

Running hot and turning off website crashes after multiple updates

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It never worked. I reset it twice, thinking it started with a bug/ malware, because is was unbearably slow. It’s slower than my desktop of over 10 years ago, and that desktop is at the brim with its memory filled. Every time I checked the storage it claimed it was at full capacity- with nothing installed.

Laptop sucks. Bought it for Work could not get it to connect to Wi-Fi in three different locations. Did not know that it’s 15 days to return it. Everybody else is 30. Plus, I work out of town and it’s secluded area where I am nowhere around any type of stores.

Does not work very well, pretty slow and doesn’t hold charge

I'm still not certain if I will keep this computer. It's Internet speed is not as good as it could be and it's hard to update it and that's even hard. I don't know if it's the computer or my apartment. My other computers could handle my Internet, so I am guessing it's this computer.

This thing was slower than a snail did not like it at all barely even function so I returned it

Literally the slowest computer I've ever been on. Every single task you try to perform on this computer experiences a major lag. I'm shocked that a brand new computer could be so slow. Returned after 2 days...save your time and spend the few extra bucks for a better model.

Do not buy this. It’s not worth the aggravation. It takes very looooong just to turn on and load up. In this day and age this device shouldn’t even be sold regardless of price point. Shame on you Best Buy.

To slow, don’t buy it, save your money or invest in something better.

Not a good laptop. The hardware can barely load web pages. Thankfully it was just a gift for a 9 year old.

Since when do you have to use or create a Microsoft account to use a computer. I would like to go about my life without being monitored, solicatated, and controlled by big brother. This has gone too far. Ask if you can use the computer without being slaved to Microsoft before you buy it.

For $200, not bad. But man is it SLOW! For the kids, it’s working just fine.
