Great Laptop! Great screen size, Great Price, and love the color! Very pleased so far!

I was looking to buy an in expensive computer for light personal work like taxes, budgeting, etc. I purchased this computer, for the price but noticed is works as quick and efficient as my work laptop. Happy I made the purchase!

I have been a Best Buy customer for several years. I bought this laptop for school and I am very pleased with its speed and reliability. I was so pleased with its performance that I bought a second one for my nephew who attends college. I purchase all my devices and appliances at Best Buy and I am never disappointed.

I got this computer for my dad. He’s very satisfied with it. I had to set it up for him showing him how to use it. We’re about to put Norton on it but he’s very satisfied with it. In fact, I even think I want to turn my computer in to get that one.

THE COMPUTER IS A NICE ADDITION ONLY IF YOU DON'T NEED IT FOR ANYTHING LIKE A HIGH DEMAND JOB OR OTHER THAT NEEDS A FAST INTERNET SPEED. IT IS GOOD FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT WHO IS NOT AB LE TO AFFORD A MORE EXPENSIVE COMPUTER.

It runs a little slow, but if all you need is internet and cloud services it is a great affordable laptop

The laptop was as expected. It was a very slow operating system, and the default system setting disallows any downloads outside of the windows store. Disabling the setting is a permanent setting. It wasn’t a terrible laptop, but was quickly returned for not being good enough. I wasn’t expecting a rocket ship, just a laptop that runs well.

This is a great laptop for light web surging and online classes. Would purchase again.

This a good computer for a student ir some quick office work. I would recommend switching out of S mode because it limits what you can do. The 64gb storage is minimal but easily increased with a mini usb flash drive. The ram is also easily upgraded aswell, with an 8gb ram stick it ups the ram to 12gb My wife loved the color and it is working out great for her.

All of the employees were fantastic! The geek squad and every employee at Best Buy went over and above everything I could have on any expectation for customer service and helpful

I use it for my window tint cutting software and it works really great, definitely I’ll be buying hp laptops in the future

Laptop is mid. Processor is slow. I had to delete the existing apps to alleviate the system.
