Let me start with I love HP Products....and I love this particular product....ease of use... and adaptability of service it has for use...I love it ..

Out of the box, this computer runs like the memory is full. It is slow and download are only allowable through microsoft; outside downloads are blocked. You cannot change app permissions, nor use an outside antivirus. I bought this for my preschooler - to download homeschool apps, and I wasted money because after I took it out of the box, I let it sit for 3 weeks until it was time to begin... the return period was already expired by this time! The return timing is a money trap! Don't buy this unless you only intend to do that absolute bottom line basics.

Bought as a gift for my mother. No complaints from her! She can now get on ancestry and tell me all about how our German family came here from Russia! Lol (true story) Nice little computer, definitely a bargain.

The staff at Best Buy were all great. They really helped me because I am not computer competent. I just know how to turn it on. Then I called tech support and over the phone he helped me adjust some programing. So I would give the staff 5 stars. The computer itself well I may still bring it back. The mouse board thing doesn't always work and requires a heavy finger or thumb to make it click. Then there is all the pop ups, WOW that is all I can say. No computer I have ever owned has done this before. I just bought it to run a particular program that can not be erupted. There is a pop up once or twice a day! Very annoying as then I have to shut everything down and then set up the program again. The computer 1 1/2 star.

Nice Laptop need more memory. I will upgrade this one for another hp!

This is just what I needed to start school again. I would buy this laptop again. It has all the features I needed and met the specs required by my university and the price definitely helped me make my decision.

This product was used but still worked perfectly fine. I am amazed at how cheaply simple pc laptops are nowadays. All I wanted this for was writing and web browsing and it was perfect for just that.

Bought this for our daughter to be able to do school work and small browsing. Perfect for that with its price, but this is by no means a cheap computer to do games on. NOT A GAMING COMPUTER lol. Price is right for what it is used for.

Bought this laptop to take to and from school since my original laptop was trying to give out! I love this thing! And for the price, it really does well! It gets the job done, has a great battery life, and it's small and comfortable to carry around!

Just what he needed.He started 9th grade this year. He needs all the applications on it to learn remotely He uses it in his bedroom where it is quiet.
