I can't have more than one tab open at a time, absolutely cant run two programs at once, and zoom is spotty which I know it a PC problem because it works just fine on my Ipad and my boyfriends pc. I really just use it to write papers, so it's good enough for me, but if you want to run anything aside from microsoft word, look elsewhere.

It was suffice to get me through state licensing exams that normally freezes the computer but it was pro fast and I PASSED!! I’m confident as a brand new model it will be a great laptop.
