Excellent laptop and just what I wanted! Thank you!

This is a amazing machine from the speed to the response time of the touchscreen the only thing I would change is the backlit keyboard color other than that great deal on open box purchase

I am a customer in Tustin, California. In April 2023 I purchased a recertified for use laptop. I started experiencing problems with this computer within the first month. I thought it would eventually resolve after updates. Unfortunately, this problem got worse. I first attempted to reach out to HP and none of what they did worked. I then reached out to Geek Squad at Best Buy in Tustin earlier this year and I brought in my computer a total of three times and each time the problem with the computer was never resolved. This has continued. I did not know until today that when I had taken the computer in to ask for an exchange the one-year manufacturer's warranty had expired. I last brought this computer for repair in April when the warranty was almost expiring, about two weeks prior. Each time I was passively told that they found no problem with the computer. The last time, I felt like I was being pacified and assured that I can reach out to bring it in again if the problem occurred again. The person who helped me even gave me her number. The problem with the computer has continued non-stop. Today I took the computer in, and I was told that the store could not help me and that I have to resolve this problem by myself with HP. The "manager" offered to sell me another computer which would not resolve my problem. I am stuck between a rock and a hard place to fix this problem by myself. I feel like the store intentionally misled me to delay, delay, delay until the warranty had expired so that no one could assist me. The girl that was working in the tech department was utterly useless and the manager was completely useless. Best Buy sold me a bad computer and no one wants to do right by me to resolve this issue. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME???????

Love it! My last compute was purchased somewhere else and have never been happy with it. It was so slow. The HP Envy is so much faster and better picture. I couldn't believe the difference. I am so thankful I made the decision to buy it.

It’s still early after the purchase but the computer has been performing to high expectations I have for it. I was able to transfer information from my old computer to this new laptop. Im very happy with the functioning and ease of use.
