My issues are the Ram and mouse and casting so far.... Ram is always 75% or more in use? Has 8 gigs but for Windows nowadays I guess that's not enough lol I remember when 4 gigs was more than enough but of course findings show can never have too much RAM and more the better. The trackpad freezes? Or gets stuck? Be scrolling and it just stops or unselects scrolling SO frustrating.. Brand new! ?And I have gig speed internet with wifi 6 on this and router with brand new TV and the casting buffers? And freezes? ERRRR AND CANT RETURN CUZ STUPID RETURN POLICY

Nice powerful laptop in a small frame

Great display quality for a touchscreen and the GPU runs solid. The only reason i give it a 4/5 is the weight--it's rather heavy so i wouldn't suggest this as a regular travel laptop.

Great Computer and Helpful Best Buy Set-up

I needed a smaller computer that I could take to coffee shops and elsewhere for writing. This computer is powerful and handles everything I need. The microphone and camera are great for Zoom, etc. Even better, the help at Best Buy to set it up and get everything going was terrific. I highly recommend the computer and Best Buy!
