Easy set up and takes up minimal space. I love this printer.

I like the printer a lot. It replaces my 2015 HP Office Jet 8610. The feature of Scan and Print I have particularly benefitted from. I have it in the role of wireless printer for 5 computers and two cell phones so it is device flexible. It it in my printer bank along with my Brother B/W Laser printer HL-L2370DW. So I have the best of both worlds. My wife loves it also. She can point to it and print from her laptop. It is in our den side by side with the B/W Laser. When I am at my desktop station and she is at her laptop station we can be sending to it.

Ok printer, if you need to print a few documents. Ink cartridges only print 200 pages. I had to buy a better printer to save on ink.

Easy setup. Only drawback is the small digital screen. Prints quickly. Prints well.

I have owned printers from multiple brands. I find Brother to be the most reliable over time. I have another Brother that is 10 years old and still going strong, so it is the only brand I will buy.

It works great just took a couple of minutes to figure out some of the buttons, but otherwise it works great. I wasn’t really looking for a printer, but my older printer was to “old” to upload to my new laptop.

Decent printer for the price like the wireless feature seems to print well will see if cartridges hold up.

Huge fan of brother printers. This one hasnt lowered that opinion or let me down.

Easy to setup, print is nice, its pretty fast, wish the ink cartridges were bigger.

Wanted it for printing on thicker paper. Works will on brown kraft paper.

I bought this printer 10 months ago. I started getting error messages saying my yellow ink was low when I almost exclusively print B&W. I have used nearly no yellow ink. Customer service told me the printer uses ink during maintenance, even when it is idle. The error message pops up every few seconds and obstructs my view of the screen. Customer service told me there was no way to stop the pop-up error message without replacing the low ink cartridge. Also, there is no way to test that the ink level reader. No way to tell if replacing the ink cartridge would truly correct the problem. But, I was told I could still print B&W. When I followed the chat agent's directions, it would not print in B&W. I want to send a written complaint to someone who would read it; the chat agent told me the only way to write a complaint was to write on the survey that popped up after out chat. Before the chat ended, and while I was still writing, the chat agent ended the chat. The fact that the printer does not print unless all ink cartridges are inserted and have useable ink, it uses ink even when idle, it does not even print in B&W when a color ink cartridge is low, the information I was given was wrong, the problems explained above were not in the product information, there is no way to register a complaint other than the online survey after the chat and the chat agent ended the chat before I was finished prompted me to write this review and give the printer 2 stars. The only redeeming qualities are that if you have all of the cartridge holders holding Brother ink cartridges and the ink cartridges are read as having adequate ink, you can print. If all of those conditions are not met, it will not print.

If you are looking for a basic printer for home use, then this is your guy. It does everything you need it to do for the most part and it won't break the bank.

Great little print. Especially for the price. Toner cartridges seem well priced as well
