    Good value for the money. Pretty reliable. Black ink goes fast. The XL cartridge is expensive. Aftermarket cartridges are available but not all of them work. The printer doesnt recognize A/M cartridges sometimes.

    The 1010 replaced the 895 which stopped working. This is just as reliable, though has a more complex monitor. But I read the directions and can see what I need to do.

    This is the third one I have bought for people in the family. For the price, it gets the job done. The ink price is more than some but it lasts a long time. Be careful when you move it though bc I don’t think it likes to be jostled around.

    It's a printer, it prints, luckily it hasn't not done it's job so i'm happy with it. It updates on its own when you have it set up through wifi, which was very easy to set up as well. No complaints. If it does ask you for an "admin" password for the update, it's on the back by the SN i believe.

    Great printer, easy set up. I got stuck at the end and I wanted to help someone else out. When you send your page to the printer, when the print page is displayed, be sure to select print on the top. I didn't realize that the printer said fax, once I scrolled down to print, it printed.

    The printer was easy to set up and use. I like that it can be used wirelessly or with a cable and I like being able to scan using the feeder, rather than scanning one page at a time. The print quality is good.
