    Everyone in house loved this printer until one night when 2 essays had to be printed out. The printer would start, and nothing would be on the paper. Nothing but blank paper even after all 1800 numbers were called and troubleshooting was exhausted . The printer was the easiest to set up and the kids loved the wifi ease of printing assignments from their phone. Sucks i had it like 60 days & only used it 30 . I have to take it in and get looked at.

    Very good printer\copier. Wish it still had USB & SD slots. Had an older Brother printer that lasted almost 10 years so hope this one is just as reliable.

    It does it’s job but maybe it’s just a sign of my age (30) but I was ready to cry and break it because the wifi, Bluetooth whatever setup was so confusing. I was literally sweating and shaking trying to figure it out for an hour but I did it. So now I have a multipurpose printer so I can print out that one random document once a year instead of going to fed ex. Good value.
