    Love this vacuum cleaner. It is a must when you have pets. I’m old-fashioned and love it when you can walk into a store and someone can tell you all about the product. I appreciate that I can count on that type of service at Best Buy.

    Good so far. Have not used all the features but as a vacuum it has the Dyson quality. I do like the lightness and ease of maneuvering. Hopefully the wand works as well as the wand on my old Dyson. Directions for assembly could be a little more direct. I had to refer to You Tube.

    Great suction. Accessories are cumbersome to use. Hard to make stand upright and rear leg mechanism clunky and loud. Tilting back leads to noises that sounds like plastic is breaking. Need to do something better to allow vacuum to stand upright and not sound like it breaking every time
